Very clean, comfortable room. It's small, but the layout was really well-thought-out, and everything I needed was inside. I'd say the size is perfect for one person, a little tight for two if you're not used to living in the city. They even provided a mini fridge when I asked for one at check-in. Yes, the toilet is inside the shower, but it didn't bother me much at all. The location is outstanding! Right in the heart of Williamsburg with tons of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The subway stop is a quick 5-min walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The blinds don't fully block out all the sunlight so we kept waking up at 8am and having trouble falling back asleep. Walls are a little thin and I could hear my neighbors the first night, but it wasn't an issue after that.

Loved the neighbourhood, the hotel staff was very kind and open to solve anything, everything was nice and clean, they even had nice toiletries. The day we checked out they kept our bags safe (more than 10 pieces of luggage) with no additional fee until 8pm! From the hotel it's like a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station which was fine for us. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel, and a couple more within 2 blocks of distance (like whole foods) so it's perfect for getting breakfast and having it at the patios available at the Pod.

Room size too small if travelling with big suitcases. We were told that we could request a mini fridge if needed, but when they brought it to the room it used a lot of space (considering the size of the rooms). They have three terraces but it is not allowed to smoke and they close at 10pm, so it would've been nice to spend more time there specially in the night.

Amazing position in Williamsburg, close to subways to reach Manhattan quickly.

Room is a bit tiny but it's a Pod, so we already knew it. We did not care about it because we were out from 9 in the morning till night.

The location was great, just a 5 min walk from the L train - only about 25 minutes total to get where we needed in Manhattan via subway. Some nice food and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and there was a hairdryer available for use as well as a couple hangers in the room. Everything seemed fairly efficiently laid out despite being very a small space. For two adult women staying in the bunk beds, we would have liked more space to stretch out, but this was a decent compromise for the price compared to other things in the city, and it was as described. There were no surprises, we knew what we were getting.

The small space, which was again to be expected. It was good for having a place to sleep and shower, but I wouldn't stay here for more than a couple nights at a time. The toilet in the shower was a bit odd and didn't give a lot of room to move around, and if you need to use the toilet be prepared for your feet to get wet. The shower controls were a little confusing even though there were instructions provided, but there seemed to be plenty of hot water available.

I recently stayed at the Pod Brooklyn Hotel during my trip to New York, and I must say that it was better than I had expected. The hotel's location was great, with the metro station, bars, coffee shops, and market all within a short distance. This made exploring the city very convenient, and I didn't have to travel far to find anything I needed. The building itself was very cool, with a modern design that was both unique and functional. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which offered fantastic views of the surrounding area. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. The room I stayed in was small but clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my trip, including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a functional bathroom. The hotel staff did a great job of keeping everything in order, and I had no complaints about the cleanliness or upkeep of my room. Overall, I would highly recommend the Pod Brooklyn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay in New York. The location, cool building, and great terrace make it a great choice, and the small but comfortable rooms have everything you need for a great stay.

Excellent location, affordable prices, clean and with lots of common spaces/areas. There is green roof top, interior co-working areas, courtyard etc which makes your relatively small room feel fine. Short walk to Bedford L and 10 min walk to the G train makes both Manhattan, Brooklyn and LIC all easily accessible.

Could have better features for longer stay guests: internet that doesn't require re-login every 48 hours, perhaps preferential rates or loyalty programs for regular guests staying one or two weeks. Rooms could use black-out curtains or better shutters, if you're enjoying the NY nightlife and want to sleep in. The chair/stool in the room is uncomfortable and small size/design of the sink causes excessive spillage.

The location, its common facilities, the garden and outside space, the modern features in the room ( fixed charger cables etc), provision of umbrellas ( unlike in many other Pods), offer of free guided tours in different NYC areas, but most importantly the helpful staff. In particular Cindy is exceptional! .

I think it is brilliant that they offer bike rent al for deposit only, together with helmet and locks. But the bikes would be good at a beach, but are not suitable for a busy town as they have no brakes in front and the backpedal brakes have much too weak and slow reaction. Please donot react by removing the bike rental offer, but by upgrading from beach to street bikes. This would be really great for a NYC visit.

Lovely, quiet location, considering right outside is so busy. Close to subways and transport. Tidy, comfortable room. Chill atmosphere and nice places to relax around the accommodation. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value!

The rooms are Small, but given that, very good for the cost. Shower wasn't able to be closed tight, causing leakage on every use, as well as seemingly random holes that'd let the water seep out too. The one restaurant within the hotel, Clinton Hall, while good quality dishes, had incredibly slow service to the point of making it hard to even consider going to again.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Williamsburg and next to fantastic breakfast and dinner places. The hotel has a great public space and feels more like a hub, with a bar close by, a nice terrace with beautiful views and other corners to hang out. The rooms are fun and the bunk bed was really comfy! Each bed had their own tiny tv and charger plugs and the interior was also great.

The room is tiny and the toilet/shower is very close to the bed, which is fine for a night or two, but not for a long term stay. We had a huge air conditioner blowing air right in front of our door and the room was freezing. The staff closed it and added a smaller one in the corridor, but it was still below 65F in the room.

Room was clean, had ample storage. Building overall was well maintained and had some really nice outdoor seating. Staff was all friendly. Location is 10/10 super walkable and an Uber to get over to Manhattan is pretty affordable

I do wish there were some more amenities such as room service or a gym. The only real issue I had was the second day I was there a man not wearing any clothing indicative of being staff at the hotel knocked on my door saying he had room service. He seemed to be holding some type of to-go box. I did already know that the hotel didn’t offer this so I just told him he could leave it outside the door. He lingered for awhile but eventually left
