The cleaning person, Lisa, was awesome and friendly. The front desk changed our room from an upstairs room to a first floor room for my friend that has a hard time walking with no issues. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was great on the weekends. Weekdays were not as great, no fresh milk, just coffee mate for the coffee. (yuck). Ice machine was close and worked great. the beds were very comfortable and the AC was great. Great stay.

Needed more pillows on the bed and not enough towels. Minor details.

I was warmly greeted by Nikki on check-in who offered me warm cookies to take back to our room. She was the best! We received the room she said we would which worked out very well, close to the side entrance & h/c parking. Room was clean, bed was high but very comfortable. Happy there was a stationary chair (not on wheels) I could use next to the bed to climb in it. Breakfast the next morning was very nice, eggs, waffles, bagels, juice, coffee a nice bonus. Very near Dinertime diner & other places to eat & shop as well. We appreciated that Dinertime was open until 10:00 pm the night before (we drove in (4 hours) for a wake & ate nothing all day).

I’m not a fan of high beds. I also did not appreciate it that they were washing the floor by the exit prior to the 11:00 am check out (& wished that check out was at noon as it was in many hotels in Saratoga.) (Yes, that hour could make me drive 15 min. north as we got to bed quite late.) That floor washing created a hazard & made it impossible to get some snacks from the vending machines for the road, necessitating another stop. IE: hotel managers please be more aware & do not wash floors during peak times when you have guests who need crutches or other mobility devices to move about. Common sense? Also the fans blasting in the breakfast room were too much on a chilly morning. I did mention this & they said they would be more careful.

stayed here because the rooms in Saratoga at a “similar” price were booked. King size bed was comfortable. The hotel has a nice indoor pool which I didn’t use. Excellent breakfast including eggs, make your own waffles.

Hard to find. I had to drive around the block 3 times before I found the main entrance. the trees need to be cut back around the sign. and the back entrance needs to be lit. I noticed some mold in the corners around the tub. while otherwise very clean, the floor needs a good scrubbing. the A/c is an “on the wall” unit which while quieter than many was still loud.

I liked everything! Check-in was quick a day easy, my room was already cool when I arrived, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, there were Dove products in the bathroom, and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast was good, and the area was spotlessly clean and well stocked. It was an excellent two day stay and I would gladly stay there again.

The staff were all very nice, the property was clean and quiet.

 I think the advertising was a little misleading, as I was under the impression that the hotel was across the street from the airport, but it was 3 miles away, which made a difference when visiting relatives.

Room was so clean and big! Night manager on Saturday was a doll! Facility was really nice. Such nice staff walking around and so friendly!

Lobby felt dark and not inviting and felt empty. Lighting there was terrible because it was a sterile bulb white color. The lobby gave a bad first impression. Bathroom lighting gave it too much of a motel feel, needs to be warmer.

My girlfriend lives in NYC and i live in Rouses Point NY so this is that halfway point for us to meet and be together as we are in a new relationship. We choose to stay at this hotel because the staff is friendly and amazing, the rooms are clean and beautiful and its a quiet and peaceful area very close to some of the best dining experiences i have had in my life. We also love the pool and hot tub!!

Location: close to university where son was accepted

Bit dated, carpet, esp first floor, worn and dirty. Out room was on third floor. Coming down to first floor, no air circulation and smell. There’s a swimming pool center at first floor and carpet may have been themed off of it.

Good spacious room, really had enough space to store clothing etc, was very comfy for 5 day stay. It was clean, friendly staff, walking distance from supermarket. We used gym and swimming pool as well.

Breakfast was poor

Room was quiet at night. Didn't realize there was breakfast so that was a bonus. Location pretty accessible.

Tub drained slowly. Probably could use a sign on the road, it's easy to drive past but you can't just turn around and go back.
