The hotel was in a quite neighborhood. The room was nice and spacious with a kitchenette. It was well-appointed. They cleaned the rooms every morning without fail. The bar at the lobby was a welcome presence.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Same stuff every day and the same chaos every day! It took them very long to replenish the items in the buffet. There was a shortage of even disposable cutlery! The staff were either overworked or inefficient.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay. There were fairly available options to choose from. My room had a kitchenette. It served my purpose and was helpful since i needed to make meals for my baby. Overall,my experience was food,except for the reception area that was always crowded,and the lines while waiting for the elevators.

Long queues at the reception, long wait for the elevators, and the rough neighbourhood.

I really enjoyed the hotel's staff; the customer service was phenomenal. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of items to choose from. The room was very spacious. We stayed in a king suite, and I absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and smelled great. The hotel itself is beautiful.

The hotel makes up for the less-than-ideal location.

The hotel is new and has a few facilities available for guests (fitness and business). Breakfast is really good and varies every day.

The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but for a few days is okay. The elevators are a bit crowded during rush hours.

I did not stay at the the hotel because there was no room, the receptionist said to me Booking.com knew the hotel was sold out since Friday August 30th 2024 and why they let me pay while no room available. It’s not really fair what Booking.com tried to do . Please I need all my money back on my credit card. Thank you

Clean rooms and facilities, extremely helpful and friendly staff, 5 minute walk to 21st St/Queensbridge Station. Good breakfast selection - the self serve hot cocoa bar at night was super clutch. Would stay again.

The hotel was quiet,comfortable,and clean. All of the staff were fantastic They were extremely nice helpful and accomodating.and made our stay very pleasant. Their breakfast served daily was very good. I will absolutely stay here on my next trip here. I also loved the valet parking. It was so convenient and the guys working there were great

Clean rooms and convenient.

No parking. You have to park on streets unless you want to pay an arm and an leg to park on the property parking IFFFF there is space. Very risky for your vehicle

Location. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest subway into Manhattan, which isn't so terrible except that walking through part of that area at night wasn't the greatest..
