Room was good. Breakfast was good, HOWEVER, you had to pay $3.00 for a cup of coffee with your breakfast which was absurd, coffee should come with the meal!!!!!!

Spa was very dirty looking and the pool was very cold, even though it was advertised heated pool. Then on Wednesday the spa was closed. It appeared that the hotel was going through some sort of transition as they could not provide me with receipt due to computer problem. Otherwise stay was good.

For over 40 years I have been traveling regularly to the United States and have always been, wherever possible, a customer of Holiday Inn, a high-end hotel chain. Cause I have been missing Covid for a few years now and found many negative facts about Holiday Inn: - on 5th March I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights at the Holiday Inn-Boone University Area - I was charged the full amount on my credit card 10 days before and not at check-out as it used to be - they charged their various credit cards $ 50 for incidentals which they claim to refund within 15 days. At the moment, and more than 15 days have passed, no refunds. The certainties about Holiday Inn are gone!

Very clean and has lots of amenities. Friendly staff. The fitness room was clean with quality equipment and there was attention by having sweat towels and a place to fill up water bottles. The bed was comfortable and the made-to-order breakfast was amazing. Not what I was expecting from a hotel breakfast. Definitely get one of the scones! They come out warm. We didn't visit the pool and hot tub, but the area looked like it was in good shape.

My wife thought the tub in the shower was a little slippery. The sanitizing wipes in the fitness room were all dried out so I was unable to clean the equipment I was using. The pillows were very soft and kind of flattened out after laying on them for a while. Overall we loved staying at this hotel. There was not much at all we didn't like, just a few minor details.

The location a fit was clean and neat

Room is too small for 2 Queens (510) and the bathroom door sticks badly and squeaks and the hanger on back of door is loose. Loudening on closing to wake-up adjacent roomThe dining area is too plain and needs some decor and cozier tables and chairs. Front desk needs to have a happier countenance.

The room was super comfortable and quiet. I also liked the hot tub and pool which were open late, after a long day of skiing. Everything was clean.

The WIFI password did not work and was hard to get into the system. I had to change room because the shower faucet would not turn to hot. The staff was able to move me to another room--so it all was good after that change.

We liked the pool and hot tub as a place to unwind after the day. Also great for one day that it rained all day!

Wish there would’ve been drinks at the bar. All they had was beer. No mixers for cocktails. This definitely was not a deal breaker though!

Beds were comfortable! We were in an accessible room with a walk-in shower. It was great! I like that this hotel has the large pump containers of soap, shampoo, etc. Will stay again!

This stay, the rate was reasonable. Sometimes the rate is a bit high depending on what is going on in Boone.

Great location and clean

Doubled almost tripled the rate for graduation. Taking advantage of hard working parents who need a place to stay to see their children graduate from college. We could only afford one night at $300 on booking.com. But the hotel was charging $500. This is price gouging!

We loved the pool and jacuzzi! The front desk people were very helpful and kind.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an extra toilet paper in the room. The toilet paper is thin so you end up using more. I think you should have a microwave in the room. And stop charging guests for breakfast. For the price you pay per night 203.00 pulse tax a waffle and a milk for free ain’t going to kill you! And if four people stay in a room you should have 4 towels, 4 washcloths, 4 hand towels and one bath mat. That’s being prepared! Now if you can fix all that I would stay there again.

Great friendly helpful staff. Every single employee seemed like they were in a good mood and were approachable. For this reason alone I would recommend staying here.

As I approached room on first floor, there was an odor resembling cigarette or cigar smoke, or perhaps mold or must. For a nice and clean looking hotel, this was a surprise and somewhat off-putting. Otherwise, the facility was great - very clean.
