The lobby was really nice! They had bottles of water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Breakfast was nice and long, 6-10. The sausage was delicious, and there were 2 flavors of waffles. The room was nicely decorated.

You could tell they were really trying to be a nice hotel, but some things were still lacking. The ac didn't work quite right and a few things were slightly falling apart. The shower was also really strange. It was like a hallway to get to the shower head. Where the shower head was was very tight and it was dark because it was mostly enclosed and there was no separate light for it. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bed was also sagging a lot in places where people typically sit. I did tell the manager about the bed when we were checking out, and she said she would have someone look into it.

We had trouble with the room key and made multiple trips to front desk to get new keys which still didn't work. Finally, someone came up with a tester and determined that there was something wrong with the key reader on the door. Still had to finesse the key every time we wanted to open the door. Just kind of annoying.

A convenient location. Very clean. Friendly hotel staff. Good music in the lobby and breakfast areas.

The hotel sign and entrance is a bit obscure. As this was our first time to Boone, we did not know the hotel's location. Heading south on 221, Google said the hotel was on the left, but we did not see any sign or entrance. We did a U-turn and heading north the sign was visible.

We have stayed at this location several times, they are consistently great.

The breakfast was ok. Good for those who like a hot breakfast, would have liked to see more fresh fruit. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient, and the lobby and corridors were clean and didn't reek of weed. Very pleasant stay compared to a lot of places we have stayed lately!

The pillows were horrible. Even with 3 pillows there was still no support. The PTAC unit had a problem with the thermostat and would cycle on and off for about 5 minutes each hour. Annoying when trying to sleep.

Conveniently located. Great welcoming staff (especially Alaina on the front desk when we checked in). Very varied breakfast offering. Nice large comfortable room with super clean bathroom. Loved that all rooms non smoking.

Good and safe location, clean, excellent breakfast, staff was very nice and accommodating . The beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. TV was a good size in the second room we stayed in.

A few repairs were needed. The AC/heat would not ever cycle off and was loud. We had to turn it completely off to sleep. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay open without a garbage can placed in front of it. I would have like a tub … as there was only a shower in the first room we stayed in.

The elevator was out of service for a bit, fixed, then out of service again. We were on the 3rd floor and my husband has mobility problems so that was fairly inconvenient.

I needed a clean room with breakfast the next day and it was perfect. It was within a mile of downtown and I was able to easily walk downtown. I really enjoyed the room, the location, the breakfast. It was just want i needed.

The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a little noisy at night but nothing excessive. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

The room could have been cleaned better. I found a dirty sock while looking tidying up the room. Other than that its a nice property.
