The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was designed with a large shower that was easy to set the water temperature. The vanity was spacious. The room was not overwhelmed with excess furniture and the cabinet the TV stood on had great storage. I loved the end table where I could put my luggage on. Smart bathroom door that doubled as a closet door with a beautiful mirror that is so needed when you’re away from home. The hotel staff was helpful in every way. When I was checking out it went smoothly. I came back in because I had a car rented and had to fill the tank. So helpful just telling me where the closest gas station was. The hotel itself has beautiful and interesting decor. Loved everything out this hotel. Love the coffee/tea available day and night. I’ll will be back !

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was exceptional!! Plenty of hot and cold choices. Located right off the lobby and by the elevator. Very clean area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean! The area around the hotel was filled with restaurants, shops and pharmacies.

Was charged for parking - we didn't know that until after. A few vehicles were broken into while we were there - not ours, but 4 trucks had their windows smashed....a little concerning.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. The room was very nice and clean. The pool area was nice and clean as well.

The staff was very rude when you needed to ask for something. At one point, I could not find a staff to ask for something because the front desk was not manned for at least 20 minutes, maybe 30 someone was even trying to check in and couldn’t because they were not there.

Great location

When we were checking in, our room was still not ready and the front desk person was not great at customer service. Myself working in customer service really triggered me. It’s not our fault the room is not ready, we had to sit in the lobby waiting with all our bags, so at least try to smile or apologize or something….other than that everything was good!

The area, the girl at the front desk for the night was extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast had a variety of options. It’s been the best breakfast I’ve had from a hotel . The breakfast area and the room was neat and clean, the breakfast attendant lady was sweet and nice. We didn’t have any issues with our room.

Everything was perfect.

Location was spot on for accessing the shopping outlet and Charlotte Airport. Plenty of places to eat close by in the evening. spacious room and the use of a PC and printer was an absolute bonus as we used this facility to print our boarding cards. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice too.

Receptionist a little impersonal and being told to completely empty our car due to the crime in the area was a little worrying.

Breakfast was very good, location was perfect closer to everything that we needed both Restaurants and stores.

The only issue was our flight got cancelled so we spent only 2 nights instead of 3 as booked and we were told that there was no way we could get a refund for that extra night, something to do with the system not allowing it.

I did not eat breakfast at the facility.

I had already made the reservation when I discovered that pets were allowed. I do not like staying anywhere pets are allowed. I kept the reservation because of the penalty to cancel. Also, I was not allowed to inspect/check the room before making payment final. The reason given was related to entering the living space and covid issues.

The parking upon arrival was perfect easy to carry in luggage. The night staff were so professional, greeted with welcoming smiles, and positive energy very knowledgeable with giving information of the area. The hotel it was absolutely beautiful and clean. I felt very safe at this hotel given the fact I was traveling with my grandsons.

There wasn't anything that I disliked about this hotel.

This location has become my favorite when staying for work. I've now stayed here 3x. The staff is wonderful and make it nice to stay, the breakfast is decent and location is great. My only complaint, the pillows are horrible... please budget some new ones.

Pillows stink.
