The facility was conveniently located, there was ample parking. Hotel was clean overall.

Bathroom area needed TLC. Floorboards were coming up. There was mold in the shower. There were no ice machines. Housekeeping did not come at all during our four day stay. Luckily the guests across the hall from us checked out so we were able to catch them in the hall to dispose of trash and to request new towels.

I loved the excellent customer service the knowledge, kindness and genuine caring Jeff, Jada and Dikea bestowed upon me. I am forever greatful and this is my new home away from home! What professionalism I have not experienced that in along time!! Thank you to all the staff at this Awesome hotel!! Loved my stay from beginning to end ❣️

The gym needs fans desperately it is extremely hot!! Also 10lb and 15lb dumbell are missing need to be replaced otherwise this place is super clean and has everything you would want😊

Staying at any Aloft is always a memorable experience. This property's location was ideal, as it was just 15 minutes from downtown and Carowinds, and 10 minutes from the airport. Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Chipotle are all within easy walking distance. The check-in/check-out process was simple, and the staff was quite helpful. You can truly turn it into a mini vacation!

I liked the location and the hotel design.

There was no breakfast. The linoleum flooring near the shower and sink has bumps, possibly from water seeping underneath it. A more expensive than the hotels nearby.

Excellent customer service- very informative throughout our stay. The location was great! The atmosphere was very relaxing. We will definitely book Aloft for future stays!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bartender was amazing, and so was the hotel driver. We checked in pretty late and they made sure we were able to get food and a drink at the bar.

Very clean and the ambiance was amazing downstairs. The rooms were amazing.

There was a strong vibration you could feel when you were laying down on the bed and the noise was a little annoying. I choose this hotel because there was breakfast included. Worse breakfast ever. Very poor quality.

The dry bar shampoo and conditioner were amazing and the shower is great- but it is totally open to the room more or less. Great for a couple not so great for sharing with non romantic partners!

Nice and modern, features that makes the stay less stressful as a guest. Fast and straight to the point while checking in and out.

Room was a little bit small. However if you’re there for a short stay and didn’t pack a lot then it dosent matter as much.
