The spacious room with two queen beds, an armchair with ottoman, desk, microwave, mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker and a normal sized bathroom was extremely comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful, including a free shuttle service (you have to call to get picked up, but there are fix times to get taken to the airport).

I wish there would be gluten free options on the dinner menu. Other hotels for example have burger bun substitutes, or they will have corn chips with guacamole or salsa for appetizers.

Close to the airport

The shower doors rollers are out of level and the doors would not stay shut. The shuttle driver was extremely rude. The gentleman that scheduled us for the shuttle told us that shuttle leaves for the airport at 7:30. We went down to breakfast at 7:00 and the shuttle was leaving. Once again the shuttle driver was extremely rude.

The hotel was spotless. It is modern. I arrived quite late in the night so wasn’t able to use the restaurant. I was made to feel welcome. I’m glad I chose this hotel even though I only spent 12 hours there I felt it is worth the price. The only downside was it was advertised as breakfast included on Booking.com but when I enquired I would have to pay. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast because I had a plane to catch. Had a little toast to take away. The shuttle service also was good. If I was to ever go to Charlotte again I would probably go here.

I liked everything

Super clean, wonderful staff, close to the airport! Even with staffing issues the front desk and notably the shuttle service went over and beyond to get sure each and every guest was taken care of and made their flights!

I had a quick overnight so didn’t get a chance to really explore or utilize all amenities- but everything I did use was great!

Nice place and location

All the floors other than the carpet was soo sticky. I mentioned it to the lady when we checked in and she said they just mopped. I don’t know they mopped with… but that was just gross. I even apologized for how my shoes sounded to someone walking by and they mentioned the same thing. The floors were just sticky. Other than that we loved the place and great staff!

Location was good and close to the airport which was important to us.

We had to pay for parking. I don’t think I have ever been charged for parking at a hotel that is of this level. I don’t know if I missed that in the booking process but I was shocked.

This is a really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers hot (which I love!)

We only had one glitch in our check-in process. We had two rooms booked and the seconds room's keys didn't work. When we went back downstairs to inform the front desk, we were given other keys. They didn't work either. So we had to go down again! This time the clerk realized she gave us the wrong room number and remedied the situation. But to make up for our inconvenience they gave us vouchers for free breakfast! Awesome!

The only drawback is that there was no way to make hot water other than the Kurig. There was only one tea pod. And there were none available in the lobby. I know tea drinkers are at a disadvantage so I always bring tea bags. Heating water in a paper cup only resulted in a singed cup. I appreciated that the kitchen staff got me a pot of hot water, but it meant a trip to the lobby. And if the kitchen had been closed, I would have been out of luck.

Airport shuttle service, room, staff

Ridiculous prices for food and drink items in the convenience center. A bag of chips that cost $2.99 in a typical conenience store was $6. C'mon, that is nickel and diming your customers. Charging more for "premium" Internet service. I've mention this multiple times, why would you charge extra for good Internet service? Do you charge extra for good mattresses or any other normal feature of a hotel stay? Excellent wi-fi and Internet service should be every bit as standard as excellent facilities

Overall, the hotel was great. Ms. Nina was our waitress for breakfast, and when I tell yall she was absolutely amazing, that would be an understatement. The ladies and gentlemen that worked at the front desk were also very inviting and super nice. I would definitely recommend staying here

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the fact that the bathroom door opened out to the room door, and it would close on you so fast.
