This hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous. It's located near a Walmart which is nice just in case you need something and some great restaurants like Blue Orchid. If you are driving to Charlotte or renting a car, a QT gas station is almost finished which will be convenient.

The traffic light to access this location is not operating. It was very dicey to make a left turn on the main road. This location is outside of downtown Charlotte which on a good driving day is 15-20 minutes to downtown, but accidents and rush hour expect it to be a 45 minute drive to downtown.

Very clean and accessible. Good breakfast. Coffee always available. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. Desk area was great for working with plenty of light and power points. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

Nowhere to walk to for evening meal, always drove, but a minor point compared to convenience of highway and road network.

Everything! The breakfast was wonderful. Very helpful front desk. Clean and pristine rooms. Comfy beds. Room has big bottles of brand name hand wash, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

I loved everything about the property! Only issue I had is not receiving my $50 incidental fee within the 2-3 days after check out. It’s been 1 week and I still have not received my money back. Other than that small issue, my stay was wonderful!

Great breakfast hot ,delicious and a good variety

Nothing I had and amazing experience except my credit card was hacked the evening of my stay. There were charges made that night and following day that I never made. I called Holiday Inn and they said nothing could be done because I used your app and it was probably your organization. I’m not sure that I’ll use Booking.com again.

Needed to be a little more attention to detail when cleaning the rooms and lobby. Also the night staff should make sure the tea and coffee area stay full and clean

Breakfast was yummy! The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly.

The pool was not open. I would have rated exceptional over all if the pool had been opened. We had booked a different hotel for our trip on booking.com. When we arrived, the place was so bad and smelly we cancelled before we checked in. We rebooked on booking.com but that website did not have the notice that the pool was closed. Our son, who is stationed at Ft Bragg, drove over with his family so we could meet our new 3-month-old granddaughter and see our almost 4-year-old grandson. The plan was to swim and enjoy some laid back family time. we found something else to do but it was disappointing we couldn't use the pool.

room was clean and comfortable, elevators worked. ice machine was a huge bonus cause it actually worked

when i went for breakfast, everything was empty but i went at a bad time cause it seemed like everybody else went at the same time so it wasnt the hotels fault..just alot of people eating at the same time so the food went quickly

Upon arriving in our room, there was only one towel and one washcloth (there were 3 of us). We asked for more towels and were told they didn’t have any clean ones. So we all three shared one washcloth and one towel. The next morning we asked the front desk for more and we were given hand towels. On our last night my husband asked once again for towels and washcloths and the person working acted super annoyed with our request and asked how many we needed. We did receive them at that point.

There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff kept area stocked with food. Sitting area was clean and spacious. Lobby area was spacious and appealing with a warm feeling.

My room key kept reading yellow after going to the desk twice. Maintenance came and helped me get into my room. He was friendly. It wasn't the staff's fault. We gotta love technology..lol

Clean and comfy! Great location!

The breakfast buffet was not restocked for a busy weekend. We waited for about 10 minutes for staff to refill the buffet on a Sunday morning. This was well before the end of breakfast hours. After 10 minutes, we left with no breakfast.
