Very nice and clean place, I was positively surprised by its room design, as I guess I expected more of a typical layover kind of a place. I had booked a room with kingsize bed in the upper floor - room was was VERY spacious, clean, nice seating area with a big TV screen, large fridge in case you need one. There is also a spacious desk in case you have to get some computer work done. Just stayed overnight, but the room would definitely be fine for longer stays. Staff was very friendly, Airport Shuttle was clean and very reliable. Loved it!

Required airport shuttle, two beds, breakfast and meal availability given arrival hours. All of these were satisfied, though the meal part in a rather basic way. Staff was helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. We stayed twice, at the start and end of our trip (flights from and back to Charlotte, with train ride from home day before departure and day after return), and found the location and services worked quite well for us.

Not so much ‘didn’t like’, and there was a warning that not everything would be available because of work going on at the hotel, but there was definitely work going on - one of the elevators was ‘bare’, etc. The food options were limited as a result, too. But the results in the rooms were nice. No real issues.

We were out late at a soccer game at the stadium , when we got back to the room, we realized we needed extra blankets, linens for the pull out sofa. We found a lady cleaning downstairs and asked for help and she was super nice and helpful and got us what we needed . Room was clean - most importantly there was not alt of noise , location was good for us . Check in was quick and easy .

There were cops outside the following morning, it appeared someone's car had been broken into .

the whole place was nice. the bed was very cozy and the room just had a good vibe to it. everything was cleaned and the workers were nice if it was 9 am or 9 pm.

the paying for parking when you got there they should include that into the main bill and not a add on. also I seen a lot of reviews about getting broken into so just to be careful.

Airport shuttle and breakfast was included. Suite was spacious and a pullout sofa is standard.

Under renovations, ice machine out of order on many floors, no complimentary waters provided, breakfast closes earlier on weekdays. No microwaves in rooms.

The hotel, room & reception area were all good. Good range of food choices for breakfast. But the most important 'thing' was the attitude of staff at reception. They smiled and NOT only checked people in a very efficient way BUT cleaned tables after people had had b'fast plus served drinks/snacks at the adjacent service counter. I would particularly like to highlight Nyema White who had exactly the right work ethic and manner with guests. Great also to have a restaurant a few yards away!

The pay parking was not expected and kind of funny $10.00 to park for 24 hours plus $1.99 service fee for the convenience of paying I guess. LOL I guess if you are using the parking lot to not pay to park at the airport that’s a deal. I just stayed one night for a concert so the airport was irrelevant to me.

I liked everything about the hotel

In our room the air conditioning stayed in 79 degrees so the room was little stuffy. The staff did offer another room but it was late so they offered us a fan and it worked out great.

Quiet

Pd parking. The bathroom light was a sensor and while showering the light would turn off, leaving you in complete darkness. Had to open shower door and step out to reset light

Great room and customer service from the manager. Large space, great for three people separate beds, and a pack n play in a corner with walking room. Nice black out curtains. Convenient shuttle . Comfy beds

It's an airport hotel with early flights - suggest breakfast served earlier like at 5 am maybe the cold stuff like the standing fruit/cereals.... And at 6 the full spread can be available....
