Breakfast selection was phenomenal. I really enjoyed that they offered a non-pork option for breakfast. We filled up before heading to the beach and it was so nice to have so many great options.

The only thing that I wish all hotel chains would change is the checkout time. You have to wait to 3 or 4 to check in and have to check out by 11:00. Not too much time to go around and check out the sites (beach for example) and have a place to come back and change after. So this is something I wish all hotels would think about. Spending almost 200.00 should get you a 24hour stay in my opinion.

The outside was very well maintained as well as the lobby area. It was very inviting and staff were very nice. the room itself was very comfortable and I liked that it had a couch/living room area to watch tv and eat snacks - instead of eating in bed. Location is very close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

I am from out of town, and it was hard to find the parking lot for me. The other thing I did not like was the bathroom. In the corner of the bathroom, by the toilet, there were water marks on the ceiling and the wall paper was warped. It made me a bit worried about the damage on that side of the bathroom.

The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was spotless. When I entered, soft music was playing on the TV, which was ready for me to set up my phone as a remote control. The room and hallways smelled fresh. Everything was updated and beautiful. The bathroom in the room had a great magnifying mirror and the shower was cool refreshing tile.

The bartender could have been a little more skilled, and the bar was out of a lot of main alcoholic beverages, such as rum and most beer. But that is common right now during the post-pandemic world.

Breakfast was great. We were traveling with our kids, and they loved staying here. The room design was also a bonus; great set up for a family of four.

Could have used more towels and places to dry/hang them. There was a huge walk in closet, which was nice, but very little in the way of drying racks, etc., given this hotel is near the beach.

The front desk staff was awesome from the moment we walked in to check in. Offered extra towels and washcloths when noticing 5 in my family at check in so that never came up as a issue like is has countless times at other stays. It was the unexpected extra mile for me that was a cherry on top. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Great stay!

Liked the hotel and amenities

It was advertised that it was on the beach but it's not, it was 20 minutes from the beach. The plan was to stay at the beach so we didn't have to think about parking which was terrible trying to find parking and having to pay a lot of money and we wanted beachfront so we could go whenever

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice lobby that has plenty of comfortable seating. We also liked the layout of our suite. Free breakfast was good including fruits..

Patio couch in the outdoor gated area needs to be replaced. People sat at a table with chairs there. New couch to relax a little while in fresh air.

It was a very neat and clean hotel. I loved my two nights there. Wasn't able to wake up in time for breakfast because I didn't want to get out of those comfy beds! Literally less than a 10 min drive to the beach. Well worth the price for the 4th of July weekend. Planning on going back this month it was so nice there in Wilmington.

Convenient to shops, good, fun and close enough to the beach. Loved the pool had the small area as my toddler only likes to go where he can comfortably stand. Breakfast was laid out in a large spread every morning and maid service came around quickly daily with everything we needed. Rooms are perfect for our family of 5.
