Did not eat breakfast, I booked the room for three adults but was only give two bath towels and one washcloth. That was a little weird so I had to go to the front desk to get more. When I booked online it said checkout was noon but when I got there they said it was 11am. I even told the girl at the desk and showed her on my confirmation but she said "No, check out is at 11am" She said they sometimes do that online. I do think that is something that needs to be corrected.

Check out was different than what my confirmation online said. Also, some sketchy people staying there.

I loved how organized, clean, and welcoming the overall experience the hotel and the staff provided for its’ guests. The air conditioner in the room worked quickly, and there was so much space and cubbies to fit extra things we brought (shoes, clothes, charging chords, food/drink, etc). My Fiancé and I only stayed a night after going to a twenty one pilots concert, so we were pretty tuckered out after a night of fun and really appreciated how comfy the bed was to crawl into after a long day haha. The staff were very quick and helpful with their assistance, the breakfast was basic but yummy,

The blankets were a little thin, but not terrible! The wool top blanket made it warmer. I was a little disappointed with the snack shop prices, but they weren’t too bad, either— just a little high for certain things.

The staff was really polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the necessities.

We were lucky and had a clean stocked room. There were others guests at the front desk that were in chaos due to a variety of issues. Many double booked rooms, no linens for the sleeper sofa, and no toilet paper were what I heard - made you have second thoughts about your choice.

The location was great. Rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Very good value for the price. We didn't take time to use the pool, but it was clean looking.

Breakfast was pretty much gone by the time we got there each day, and did not seem to be refilled. Towel supply was oddly limited to 1 per person and in order to get clean towels, we had to return the old ones. Rooms were rather dark. I think an additional lamp would do wonders.

Breakfast is skimpy. In 3 nights stay room was never made up once. Sink in bathroom would not drain without physical assistance.

The hallways and common areas appear rundown and worn. Breakfast wasn't on par with other microtel locations.

Room was comfortable and nice.

Only 2 things were an issue, 1 of which they could not control. In the early evening, the people staying across the hall from us were being loud. I'm not sure if it was the staff or one of the fellow people staying in the room, but someone told them to quiet down. Issue 2 was the first morning we were there. The hot water was not very hot for making tea. However, the second morning, it was fine. We will stay again if the need arises.

The convenience to where we needed to go was amazing. Beautiful area.

The breakfast was a joke. Both mornings everything was gone by 8am and they were not in a hurry to refill anything.

Clean, spacious room. Hotel has a sign stating under new management. Facility looks remodeled.

Hotel does not have an elevator, breakfast was not satisfactory, loitering/smoking in parking lot, possibly by guests. May need one more attendant at front desk.

Location and price.

Room smelled of heavy smoke for non-smoking room. Took a long time to get someone to help at front desk. Limited toiletries. Had to go buy hand soap at Dollar Tree.
