For the 12 hours we were there, we couldn't have been happier with the hotel and staff. The room was large and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was much better than the standard American hotel free breakfast and included GOOD coffee (Starbucks). Front desk staff was cheerful and efficient. If I ever find myself in Columbus again, I will stay there. I'm giving this hotel a "10", not because it's the fanciest or most luxurious place in the world, but because they do what they do extremely well and obviously take pride in their work, and all at a very reasonable price.

Nice and quiet close to everything we needed. The staff was nice and pleasant. The hotel and conference center was very pleasant.

We traveled with daughter and grandchildren. Our rooms were on opposite side of building. But I guess it was my fault in booking that I didn't request close together. We also found in our room by my granddaughter a baby bottle with little formula left inside, under bed slightly. She also found a pill in floor that was missed I guess by housekeeping. My daughter room had some dried out food under her dresser. why you ask am I searching under to start with, because we travel with small children and she had tossed her pacifier I was trying to find. I was just surprised because most the stuff was found by 3 year old granddaughter.

We arrived early to an exceptional property, via automobile. Our purpose was to relax for a mini-vacation. We easily found the hotel, and check-in was a breeze (even though we arrived a bit early). The staff were welcoming, informative and accommodating. The property was exceptionally designed with flora and fauna, a beautiful fountain in a small lake, the pools (indoor and outdoor) were clean, appealing, with umbrella tables. We requested a queen suite which had a living room, mini-fridge (with space), a microwave, the room opened into a living room provided with an exceptional couch, desk with chair, and a 2-queen size bed, bedroom with doors, The bathroom area was clean and well-stocked, along with an iron and in-room safe. Across the hall was a laundry facility. The atmosphere was friendly, lively (2 weddings) and happy families--because the hotel staff were so helpful and welcoming to everyone. During our stay, we experienced very friendly people (both guests and staff), and our stay was the most accommodating I have experienced---the Pub had both indoor and outdoor seating, and the dining room was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably (and the breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly--the breakfast was superb-fruit, specialty eggs, meat, toast, French toast brulee, fresh fruit, beverages, with real plates/flatware. During this trip we wanted for nothing, but had we needed anything extra outside the hotel, the area provided a full range of shopping to meet most any need. I highly recommend Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, which provides the very best service I have experienced in my travels.

My experience at this hotel had no errors or discomfort, and was amazing.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and both times were great. Everything from a nice clean room to the friendly staff and a good breakfast has impressed me. The hotel is close enough to downtown Columbus that it doesn't take long to get to just about anywhere downtown. The rates are great, especially for the quality of the hotel. This will be my go-to place to stay at whenever I stay in the Columbus area.

Lovely parkland setting--this would be a great place for a conference or retreat. Nice rooms, great decorating! Decent location for being north of Columbus, convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc.

Construction meant it got a little noisy in the morning. I wish breakfast had been included, but that wasn't too big of a deal.

Everything was great! It was a fantastic location close to everything, the breakfast was delicious, and my kids loved the indoor pool. Really loved the living room area separate from the beds especially since we were traveling with two kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was also on the Totality Line of the Eclipse, so thank you also for the FABulous view from your parking lot!!

I have stayed here in the past and the receptionist remembered me and was as warm and welcoming as ever. The hotel also has beautiful grounds and is close to all the amenities you could need and is just across the road from Highbanks Park so is perfectly placed for those who like to walk. The rooms are generously sized ( especially the suites) and very well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a quiet spacious room in a great setting.

The rooms were very nice. The pub and the bartender at the pub were awesome. The location was very convenient. The staff at the front desk was simply amazing. It’s very hard to encounter pleasant employees at most establishments these days. Both at check-in and checkout, they were exceptional.

The location was great! The property was beautiful, even in the winter. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not enough trash cans around the outside of the buildings. Traveled with a small dog and had to find trash cans to throw away bags when I cleaned up after her.

Location was convenient, near many shops and restaurants, but beautifully set back in a pretty campus. The hotel was very quiet while we stayed. The exercise and fitness rooms were huge and well-equipped. The pool was small but very pleasantly warm. There was a nice couch for lounging which gave me a pleasant place to sit after my kiddo was alseep.

The shower has some mildew, which always grosses me out. I don't mind that rooms aren't cleaned daily during a multi-day stay, but wish clean towels didn't require a trip to the lobby.
