The swimming area is one of the best we've seen in a hotel of this size. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. The rooms are a really good size, also amazingly clean. The staff was so nice and were willing to help any way they could.

Our key cards wouldn't work in the pool door or an outside door. I think there's a trick to opening the doors with the key card. The front desk checked both of our cards and they were working as far as they could tell. Every time there was an employee who would let us in where we needed to go.

I had a mishap with using a third party however, the staff was more than helpful with fixing the issue and even giving us a later check out time for our connivance.

My room had a puddle of water from the air conditioner which made the room smell like mildew. The puddle was right beside the bed so we had to get on the bed from a different angle.

Although our room was next to the elevator, we didn’t hear any noise from elevator usage. It was very quiet during our entire stay. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were great.

We were unaware of a $100 deposit on the room against possible damages. The deposit is to be returned after our departure. We also did not get the king size bed that we booked. We were told we were put in an overflow room with 2 queen beds.

The room was very nice with comfortable beds. The pool area was amazing. My 3 kids (2, 5, and 6) all loved the slide and water features. I loved that they were able to play in water but still touch the bottom.

The breakfast buffet was not great. Was not the variety that they made it out to seem and most days they were out of key items like orange juice, bacon, etc.

The pool was great, staff was nice, respectful, and breakfast was decent. Can't think of anything that would stop me from staying here again

The side door didn't read the key card, but during my stay, I actually seen a maintenance man come and fix the problem. There is one more door that still needs maintenance near the breakfast area[key card wouldn't open it].

The pool at this hotel is fantastic, we always stay at this hotel when in Columbus with the kids because of the pool and the free breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and it's not too far from the other attractions we visit when we're in Columbus.

We were missing linens for the pull out sofa bed and it took quite a long time for us to get them. Our room was out of toilet paper when we arrived, but these small inconveniences would not keep us from staying here again.

Great pool breakfast staff super friendly and helpful. I was checked into the wrong room and the fixed it in a flash

Someone allowed their child to vomit in the pool and didn’t say a word. I noticed something floating told my child to get out and found the vomit on the ledge and in the corner of the pool. I was charged the wrong rate because I had booked third party and my transaction is still pending 4 days later as I write this review

Location was great! The pool was wonderful but a bit chilly. Rooms were nicely appointed and shower was nice. Our room was on a very quiet floor.

Breakfast was a disappointment! Coffee was cold, water for instant oatmeal was cold and no fresh fruit was offered although there was a designated station for such. Pancakes looked like they were frozen not fresh. All in all a big disappointment compared to lesser expensive hotels we have stayed at. Bed was too high and hard for our liking.

Loved that the pool area was kid friendly, was disappointed that they didn’t have the hot tub though 🥲. Whole place was very clean , breakfast was great. I think they could use more seating but overall experience for our family was a 10/10!

Everyone was very nice

The walls are thin. Could hear the person snoring next door. The refrigerator froze our fruit and veg but not the water bottles. We had to throw stuff out. The lady taking care of breakfast 4 24 24 was not as prompted as the lady from Monday and Tuesday. No coffee cups. Constanstanly gabbing with another employee dirty tables.
