Front desk woman was extremely kind, caring, and helpful. My van broke down and had to be towed. This hotel was down the street from the Toyota dealer. It is across the street from Walmart, Panda Express, and other restaurants so it was a great location to be stranded in for a couple of days. I was given a suite room, which enabled me to even do some remote work! There is also a small gym, a pool and small jacuzzi, laundry facilities, and a very good breakfast also at this location. Saw several pets, but hotel is super clean and very pleasant stay.

If I could give 10 stars I would for reasons that follow first customer service was great we checked in passed midnight and considering the hour we didn’t expect such great customer service but , My husband and I was greeted by Blake with a smile very friendly polite and professional Blake customer service is impeccable he had a smile the whole time was very helpful and very welcoming! Blake you are amazing ! Stay as you are you bring customer service back alive in a world that’s so dull and moving to fast we need more customer service representatives like Blake :) Moving on to our room we booked a king suite was very clean smelled good clean towels and felt really cozy . Myself and my husband enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be staying at La Quinta in Bend Oregon when we come back again . Keep up the great work :)

Friendly staff accommodated my request and put me in a ground floor room which was clean and comfortable. Staff also gave me very helpful recommendations for local restaurants/breweries. Alas, there was a temporary odor of some cleaning agent in the room upon my arrival, but that disappeared shortly after I opened the window. The toilet was quite noisy while refilling, and staff promised to look into that when I left. The quality of the "complimentary breakfast" is not a selling point of this establishment.

Fantastic value. Would have been superb if indoor pool/jacuzzi was operational - waiting on a pump. The rate for a double Queen with fridge, microwave, desk, and plenty of space including a very good breakfast was substantial lower than elsewhere. A great bargain in a good location (Safeway across street, eatery pub next door) with super friendly helpful staff! We will definitely return and recommend.

Some mix ups with our keys at check-in. Didn’t work, re-issued, still didn’t work then turned out someone else was in that room. Also problems finding my booking though I had confirmation- I tried to contact booking.com but got no response - we eventually worked it out but it took over 30 minutes. Hot tub (pool) not being available.

Warm pool, comfortable beds, mostly quiet except for the road noise, clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

Worst breakfast we've ever had. Out of forks, butter, coffee, only fresh fruit was two green oranges. When we approached the lady, she said she was too overwhelmed to restock anything at the moment. As we were finishing breakfast, a gentleman was coming in to restock everything. I guess just poor timing on our part. No elevator. Small swim towels.

Easy in and out

The beds were too soft! We never thought we'd make such a complaint but our backs hurt more from sleeping on an overly soft pillow top mattress, or whatever it was, other than a bed/mattress with some support to it. Really? We are not in the Princess and the Pea story here. And speaking of sleeping and resting, the floors are either too thin for staying on main floor, or we should have called to complain of the excessive noise above us from occupants and their obvious pet lodging.

Very clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure, great location, great breakfast

My total bill was $483 when I got there they authorized $432 they said I would pay the balance at check out 2 nights is my stay. that night the graveyard worker authorized another $216 nobody knew why. The weekend worker helped me by checking me out and then back in at a better rate she was great kudos to her but still waiting for the $432 to go into my account

Breakfast was good, but it could be kept stocked better. Eggs and sausage were out for quite some time before they were finally refilled. The milk had ice crystals in it from being frozen, not pleasant. Everything else was good. It would be good though to have some cold filtered water available There was only hot water. I appreciated getting a call as to when we'd arrive. Showed they cared, wanted to be sure we were ok, and knew about when we'd get there.

The room was good but there was no place to hang my towel in the bathroom except behind the door to the shower. Would be nice to have some place to hang it to dry out. I had to hang it in the closet. The hallway looked under construction with panels missing, but no sign stating that work was being done.

Nice big clean rooms to stay in. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles. Bread, coffee, etc. Same options every day. Indoor Pool/hot tub was nice to relax in. Location is the south end of business 97 across from wallmart. so pretty convienent..

There was a miss match between booking.com invintory and actual rooms. Had to share a king bed first night instead of having 2 seperate beds. Also I could hear the people staying up late in other rooms. I Had to wear earplugs.

A bit difficult to find. Exterior sign lightening was very poor. Check-in staff not super friendly and won't provide a paper receipt - said I would get it from my booking company. Microwave had electrical smell/issues - notified front desk at check-out because we didn't want to get accused of smoking in the room.
