The location of the hotel was perfect for us! We paid for rooms facing the river and the views from our rooms were beautiful! The Old Mill district area is wonderful and we easily walked to the river, restaurants, shopping and trails. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. Our rooms were great! Beds were very comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We were booked for three nights stay and on the first night of our stay, we were bothered by the noise of a busy, running child in the room above ours. In addition, the microwave and fridge in this particular room were not working properly. We notified the front desk and requested a room change for the remainder of our stay. The front desk employee was very understanding and we’re able to successfully assign us to a different room on the top floor. Issue solved quickly!

Lots of facilities, great location

the garbage disposal wasn’t working and my husband had to stick his hand in and found it was clogged with someone else’s rubbish (bottle tops not cleaned out), I thought it had a kitchen (esp for the $) but no stove, a dishwashing liquid dispenser that was empty so we had to buy a bottle, and 8 empty cupboards. We stayed for a while and needed to use the complimentary shampoo and conditioner but went to wash hair and realized it was two bottles of shampoo and no conditioner, had to go buy this too.

Property was well kept and common areas were beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The heating/cooling unit in the room made a lot of noise. Also, the walls were thin and we could hear other guests at all hours.

The hotel is in an excellent location offering views of the river and mountains. The staff was great, the GM approachable, and the hotel was in pristine condition.

Nothing, honestly.

The thing I liked the most was the location. It was the perfect location for all the events going on in the Old Mill district. The rooms were very comfortable as well.

The only I didn't like but it is to be expected is the gouging at the hotel store and the hotel bar. Like it said that it is a hotel. It should be expected.

The location is amazing! Exactly where we wanted to be, near the river, great restaurants.

The only thing I could say is that the pool wasn't open. Everything else was great

Excellent location! We did not need to use our car during our stay. There were plenty of stores and restaurants available and within walking distance. The hotel offers delicious breakfast -continental or a la carte- for a fee! I would definitely stay again.

great location in the Mill district for walking, shops, restaurants and adjacent to our concert venue Hayden Homes Amphitheater.

price too high, bed not too comfortable.

Location was at the Old Mill, with great restaurants, an REI store and other shopping, a nice coffee shop (strictly Organic) and an excellent walking path along the river. Our room (222) had a wonderful view of the river. As a cool coincidence, it turned out that I knew the GM, who had been the computer consultant for my company on Maui several years ago. He was a wealth of info about the local area and activities, and still a very nice guy!
