Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Beautiful building, rooms, and setting. Every nook and cranny was spotless. The room had everything we needed and more. Every member of the staff we spoke with was courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was easy walking distance to the concert venue. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed was a little too firm for me, but it wouldn't keep me from returning.

the property was in a great location for us. the staff at breakfast was amazing and breakfast is quite good. the facilities are clean and even when there is a concert it is quiet. Comfy beds.

we had some difficulties regarding room rate. our rate was higher than we had expected and this proved somewhat difficult to resolve. The day staff proved quiet unhelpful regarding both the rate and obtaining a AAA discount. An older gentleman who works evenings was much more helpful in this regard perhaps he could provide some mentoring for younger stuff.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, great hot breakfast and walking distance to everything in the old mill district. We were going to a concert next door, so it was perfect for that.

The price was definitely was too much even for how much hotels are going for now. The bed was super uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on a box spring.

The breakfast was amazing! Lots to choose from! Rooms were very nice! River Walk way was right by it and it's a beautiful path along the river with eateries within walking distance!

Was a little disappointed that they didn't have creamer for the coffee! 🤷 Our conditioner and lotion dispenser was empty but otherwise great stay!

Fantastic location. We love attending concerts at the amphitheater and being able to walk the very short distance back to our hotel room after the concert. I feel like it may be slightly overpriced, but the convenience of being able to have a cocktail and walk back to our room is worth it !

Cleanness. It's the first thing I'm looking at booking a hotel. I don't think you can find a cleaner hotel in Bend. Also modern and in very good condition the entire room and the rest of common areas of the hotel. Looks like a new hotel. We loved everything about the hotel and it's for sure where will stay next time going there.

The hotel is new and in good condition. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely finished. I would absolutely stay there again.

The breakfasts were underwhelming. It is always the same in hotels, waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, a couple flavors of yogurt, and some bread to toast. I wish they made something on premises.

Hot tub was closed during our stay Didn't know there wasnt a bathtub and only a shower until our stay Cost, most expensive hotel stay we have had so far Room was clean until you look under the bed which hasn't been vacuumed in a very long time, which makes you wonder what else isn't clean

The location was perfect for attenting a concert at Hayden Homes. The room was big and the breakfast was good. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it was a nice and clean area.

The price was way too much for our liking. While the room was great the price seemed greater.

The staff was awesome! Everyone was friendly, super responsive, helpful, patient (I think my kids asked for 15 things at the front desk every day! :-). We definitely want to come back.

Would be nice to have the hot tub fixed, and it would have been nice to have housekeeping even every other day without having to ask. I understand the policy and it was very easy to ask for housekeeping.
