The location was great, right in the city center near lots of restaurants,performing arts venues and commuter trains. The breakfast was excellent, my view of the city from the 25th floor was awesome. My king bed was very comfortable and rooms are a good size, very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bartender at the “Standing O” made drinks strong and gave me a birthday margarita on the house which was nice. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

What I didn’t like was that there were no cameras in the hallways where rooms are, which is a safety concern. The hotel needs a hot tub for adults. The pool water was cloudy and cold. Indoor pool should be heated. The pool area was cold and the sauna was out of service. Also to park in the hotel garage overnight was an additional $38 which was too high, parking should be included in the stay.

Perfect location and nice view. Price very reasonable. Parking price very good!! Staff generally very nice, professional and competent, except the barman who doesn't know how to make cocktails. The room was OK, with recently renovated bathroom. The bed was correct.

The cocktails at the bar were very bad. There is no real breakfast, it's more of a small snack shop like in Covid times. There isn't even a dining room. The swimming pool is very small and VERY VERY old and in bad shape, water way too cold.

Very comfy and would come back, due to the little things: thoughtful bathroom set up (but needed more towels!), coffee maker in room (but needed more supplies!), coffee shop downstairs so could purchase breakfast and coffee and consume in room, very helpful bellhop. Parking was also convenient, and location was perfect.

AC was a constant challenge with noisy fan going on and off. Could not find a functioning ice machine or any access to ice cold water (bar unattended, no fountains) as we were leaving so had to get on the road without any in our water bottles. Would have preferred checkout to be by noon, rather than 11am - which we couldn’t find posted anywhere and in the end had to call the desk to find out (at 10.50am!).

We rented a room with breakfast. The menu for breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb. The location of the hotel is definitely center city, so you can walk or pick up a bus or subway nearby. The Parking Garage is right next door. Parking spaces are tight, but there were plenty of spaces.

I would say that the following is not in the category of "didn't like", but some parts of the hotel could use some updating.

I liked how this hotel was close to the center of the city. It was easy for me to get around and still be close to the hotel. The staff was very professional. I enjoyed the indoor pool that was provided to its guests.

I didn’t like how the parking cost $38 per night, even for guests with reservations. I think that the parking should be $20 or less per night due to the fact that other hotels have free parking or cheaper parking.

Large lobby, good food at on site restaurant and very conveniently located for shows and other activities. Had its own garage with easy access.

A little rust stain in tub but rest of room was beautiful. Had a corner room overlooking city which was fun but ended up being really noisy throughout the day and even until like 12:30 am (drag racing sounds , horns etc ) I realize it’s a city though and to insulate the room from outside noise isn’t possible if you want a view of city.

I liked the location, close parking, snack store, being next door to my parents as requested, the warm cookies at check in, and indoor pool. The woman who was working the snack shop stayed open as she was about to close and then helped us pick up the dropped cereal my daughter spilled- she was very very sweet about it.

A parking or breakfast voucher for one day would have gone a long way in terms of hospitality for us. My husband and I had a drink at the bar before dinner and my beer glass had overflowed and was put down in front of me as such. I had to ask for napkins to wipe it down so my hand wasn't covered in beer. The overall cleanliness felt good enough, but not pristine. We weren't told which was the accessible room so we took it instead of my parents and didn't realize. I repeatedly asked for a breakfast or parking voucher as a one time thing and was denied each time. The men assisting with bags were visible, but did not offer to help unless we asked.

The location was great the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the view was perfect.

The pool was very cold not heated at all. I left behind my glasses and even though they took my phone number at check in to return anything that may be left behind but they did not "find" them. The breakfast was awful for the price, it was slowly replenished where I had to get up several times to get what I wanted and the other items were cold. The waitstaff was rude and unprofessional, using another table as a waiters area for dirty dishes and also kept extra clean items in the same area.

The location is very convenient for events at the sports complex. The parking garage is easy to get to. Also easy to drive into and out of the city from the location.

I would like to be able to check in before 4:00pm. The bar area staff were very friendly but it was busy when we first got to the bar and there was only one bartender making drinks taking orders and serving food.
