everything went well. The only surprise to me was a c;harge to my credit card that had never been done before. I've stayed at that hotel everytime I've been to Philly. Never had encountered a charge as I checked in. However it was removed a few weeks after we checked out.

Everytime I've been to philly since 2005 I have stayed in that hotel . The upper management staff is no longer as nice and helpful as they were when I first started staying in that hotel. But things change, I guess. The breakfast is always superb .

Staff was amazing! Front desk staff memebers Yasmeen and Terri were fantastic! Breakfast was well-stocked and comfortable. The floors all require a key-card to access. Parking is gated and overseen by an attendant. Location is great; it is tucked in a corner alongside the bridge to New Jersey, the river, and the expressway. I was concerned about safety, but it was perfect--somewhat remote but still accessible, pretty safe, and walakable to the historic sites.

Directions to getting there are a little tricky. We missed the turn and ended up on the bridge to Camden, NJ, which cost us a hefty toll and took a lot of time to turn around in the always heavy traffic.

I was using my cell phone, playing music and Security knocked on my door and said that my music was too loud and I needed to turn it down but I don’t believe it was Security. I think it was a stranger trying to come into my room very strange, because when I called the front desk they didn’t have any information about annoying noise on my floor I don’t believe it was the staff or if this actually took place you have weird people everywhere and we all must be very careful and mindful of those things 

Great location near the waterfront that was close to many attractions. Did a one night stay to see a concert at The Freedom Mortgage Arena. Easy access to the Philly waterfront and ferry that will take you across to Camden. Breakfast was surprisingly good. If you have kids, they will enjoy the automatic pancake machine.

Extra charge to park. If I book a room, I should not be charged extra for a parking spot. As others have commented, hotel is near multiple busy roads so it is a little noisy at night. I grew up near a busy street so I didn’t bother me. It is to be expected because of the location.

We liked the location. It was very easy to get to off of I-95. The lobby and breakfast area were attractive and spacious. The breakfast had many choices and was well stocked throughout the entire breakfast period. Check in and check out were easy. The staff was excellent. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Parking was available in a parking lot immediately to the left and behind the hotel. We had no problem getting a parking space. Parking cost $32 from check-in till 4:00PM the next day. Your room key allowed in and out privileges. Your room key also provided access to the room floors, and you just touched the key to a plate above the floor buttons to go up to your floor. This was unnecessary to go down. We had a room with a king bed. The room itself was comfortable and clean. We did wish it had had a microwave. It did have a K Cup coffeemaker.

I found the pillows to be too soft. I have back issues and they gave me no support. Also the traffic noise from our room was loud overnight. Next time I would spend a little more for a river view room.

The value for the money was quite high, since it was comparatively not expensive while at the same time being close to the city center. The room was spacious, comfortable (including the bed), so I had everything I need for my one-week business saty i nthe city.

The breakfast options might have included more green options (celery, tomatoes, etc.)

Great location. Breakfast was very good. Parking and the hotel in general were secure, staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was exactly as pictured.

It would have been nice to have been alerted when I booked the hotel that there was a parking fee. Our room was clean but did show signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom.

The location was close to our intended destination. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were high quality. The room was clean, except for dust on the lamps/higher area in the room. Our room location was next to the bridge which made the view great. The water was nice and hot for bath and the Dove products were great. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely book again.

The staff was pleasant. I was able to get an early check-in upon request so I could log in for my meeting on time. Unlike other properties I searched, the parking was on site and relatively inexpensive. Free cookies and water was provided in the lobby.

I was looking for drink options in the evening; mini bar or vending machine. There were none on-site. Next time I will know to BYOB.

This place was great! The rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were super nice too, they came with Dove soap which exceeded expectations and everything was really clean. The breakfast was super good, well cooked biscuits and gravy and eggs etc super yummy! Parking was really easy here and the location was awesome.
