This property is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions including the baseball and football stadiums. It has been recently well remodeled and is clean and bright. The king size room was a good size. The bed was excellent. The shower and bath products were brand names. There was no wait for the elevator and the hallways were clean and well lighted. The included breakfast was adequate. The 24 hour coffee and tea was a nice touch. Checkin and checkout was easy. The desks was manned 24/7.

The only negative to this property was the extreme highway noise. Our room was on the 8th floor on the northeast side above the elevated highway. Large trucks and cars screamed by 24/7. The property did supply ear plugs upon request. Even though everything else was great, I would only stay here again in a room away from the highway.

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice. Rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. We liked that the bathrooms had decent bath toiletries (Dove brand) that don't dry out your skin and hair instead of that crappy stuff hotels used to provide. The hotel parking was located next to the hotel in a lot under the highway bridge/overpass. It appeared a little sketchy, but in the end it was fine for the three days we were there. Unless you're a sports fan, not much else to do around the area. Not much for kids to see besides the Clemente bridge and a baseball game, but there is the Warhol museum. Getting to the other neighborhoods/local attractions around town was about a 10-minute drive, so not too bad.

The parking lot, but again, it was fine. Just not used to parking under a bridge. But the hotel can't help how the city was built. Parking was a bit pricey at $28 a day.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly. I appreciated the parking, and key card access to the lot. Our room was very clean, housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, and were quick to respond if we were out of anything such as toile paper. Our purpose of our trip was to attend a Pirates game and the stadium is literally across the street. I did not have to move my car at all during our stag. Food and activities are RIGHT THERE! Bed was super comfortable and I loved the firm and soft pillows, so much that I'd like to purchase for my home!

The location was perfect. The room lay-out and the room amenities were appropriate for our stay. Breakfast was nice.

The staff was not friendly. We had to change rooms because there wasn’t a blind on the window. Nobody apologized. We had to leave dinner to move our luggage. It was a major inconvenience. There weren’t 4 towels. We had to ask for more. The bathroom floor was not very clean. There was dirt and hair. The one bed made a terrible squeaky noise if you moved. The traffic on the highway was very loud. We were in room 501.

The location is very convenient. After our family dinner cruise on the river, we came back to the hotel and had a pajama party in the lobby.

The check-in area should be more set apart. There's no privacy. The hotel never responded to my questions via Booking.com. I called a week before and requested an extra room and was told okay. When we arrived, no extra rooms were available! Luckily, one of our 7 rooms was a suite with a sofa bed, and my brother and sister in law were able to use it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating ! Both the reception workers during check out hours and during the day were super nice. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options( more than expected.), and the area was kept clean and tidy. We had a nice stay, and would recommend. There is also a pool we didn't get to try out, small but also kept very nice. We plan on returning!

Upon check In we were given a room, and when we went in found the bed unmade and looked as though someone was still there. We went back down notified the receptionist, and they were able to book us into a new room. The previous room had accidentally been marked clean, and was obviously not before we were assigned it. It's also been a month since our stay, and we still have not had the incidental charge removed from our debit card. Other than that, no other issues.

The breakfast might be a small area but it changes everyday and has multiple selections for everyone. For example if you want a healthier breakfast there was option for to get healthy foods. I enjoy it so much and it is a lot of food they have being served that you can go back multiple times to get more. The room was extremely spacious and great. It was ery comfortable and nice to be in a big room.

My TV has this weird hue blue violet color that the images and colors where just a violet indigo color to it and felt off so I di not bother watching that much things on my TV. The snacks they have for sale was pricey.

The breakfast was actually very nice and having Turkey Sausage was most excellent, it's very clean, and all the staff was very nice and accommodating. The proximity to almost everything is great. We also had a really good view.

The beds were incredibly hard like these were very uncomfortable to sleep in. If you like extra firm mattresses then it's perfect for you. The pool was heavily chlorinated and it was not clear. Couldn't even see our feet so that was interesting.

We stayed here when we went to a Pirates baseball game. The location was AMAZING! It was literally 350ft from the stadium. The offer hotel parking and there is a parking garage there too. There was an indoor pool which was great for my little one. However it’s tiny so just don’t have high hopes. It’s great for the little kids but older kids will be disappointed.. the rooms were good sized - everything was clean and the beds weren’t the most uncomfortable beds so that was a win — only thing was the shower bottom had broke and it wasn’t repaired very well.. they did have a free breakfast however we left super early so I’m not sure what it consisted of— the front desk staff were great

Thumbs up for complimentary breakfast and they have a very large variety of food options. Only wish would be that they extend the time breakfast is available, just a little bit, during weekdays (breakfast ends at 9:30a)

First time at this hotel. Only minor issue was that it was difficult to determine where to park in order to check in. Did not know you could get in to their designated parking lot via using the intercom near the parking entrance prior to checking in. (Staff in hotel can remotely lift the ‘arm’ that allows entrance to the spaces as there was no in- person attendant available to ask about access.) A sign informing you of this would be helpful as it is not immediately evident. Finally figured it out by calling the hotel.
