Everything about the experience was glorious! I inquired about upgrade options for my husband's birthday, but didn't get any replies besides the first message (offering cake, balloons, and bar vouchers), but there was a room upgrade, balloons, a special drink mix and breakfast voucher for us when we arrived! The room was stunning. We were so impressed by all of the small touches that were thought of (helpful, automatic lighting, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower, individual bottles if desired, easy housekeeping (one day we only needed towels and the next we were welcomed with a fully straightened room upon our return, and also the housekeeping staff was so sweet and obliging), room service (which honestly got messed up the first morning, but was handled beautifully), concierge, aesthetic, location, comfort, etc. I want blackout shades like the ones from our room. For real. I'm not sure we'll need to stay somewhere walkable like we wanted for his stay, in the future. But this is one of my favorite experiences. My husband is pleased, as well. Even though his Happy birthday card was addressed to my (unchanged) last name lol. Thank you so much for the terrific experience!

One of the elevators that shook every single time we used it (alone or with others). The sink faucet. That's literally the only things I didn't like.

Great hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. If you're going to watch any of the big 3 teams, It's close to all the sports teams facilities. But... If not...

The downtown location is a dead town on the weekend. We spent most of out time walking about an hour away to find some lively spots. 10-15 minutes by car.

The room we ended up was beautiful and spacious. The manager was amazing. She upgraded our room and was just amazing

The location was ok but the downtown was a bit scary for 2 women at night. There was a lot of random people just hanging around drinking on the street around the hotel

It’s in a beautiful historic building with character. The decor is very cool! I chose this place for my husband’s birthday celebration. It has great masculine vibes. Excellent location! Easy walk to Market Square and the cultural district. Great staff. Loved the bathrobes!

The bathroom is open and not very private. The toilet area does have an opaque sliding glass door.

Very nice and clean, even with the mix up it was quickly fixed and we were given info about the hotel's offerings, give free appetizer cards for the restaurant, and offered suggestions for things to do during our stay.

No complaints, the lobby check in is just slightly confusing because it is located on the second floor and the stairs leading to it are tight.

This was my second stay at The Industrialist. I had to visit Pittsburgh again and knew right away that I wanted to stay here. I love the decor and the service. Would be nice if they had a spa and wish their restaurant had more offerings, but not bad at all.

•The location was perfect for us. We went to Reba concert. A easy walk back to hotel Gorgeous hotel.

. We believe the bar could have stayed open longer. Especially when there is an event in the city. We could hang out Bc the bar was closing at 11. That was disappointing. • the Valet parking- our car was not brought to the front door. And was parked tightly between two cars. And I had to maneuver my way out.

The staff were absolutely great! We arrived a few hours early and they got us checked in right away. The room was a 10 and looked exactly like the pictures. That's a first for me. Look forward to returning to this property.

That we did not have a mini bar in our room. Or even bottled water for that matter. Other than small gripe it was an impressive property.

Not sure you can solve this but felt uncomfortable with some of the people who were yelling and using profane language with one another outside the hotel.

The vibe is just elegant with a twist of modern industrial. The rooms were small, but so cute.

I was a little confused on how to find the check in desk.
