Had river view and it was a great view, huge window as well to look out of. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was as expected, had King size bed which was huge and comfortable. It's a bit dated but it's an old building and I don't get bothered by any of that because it was comfortable and clean. Plenty of elevators so never had to wait. Rooms were quiet, traffic/trains were a barely audible muffle and the rooms AC was great. Was really happy with my stay.

You are on the point which is good for the views but everything is a little bit of a walk if walking because you're on the edge of the city in a sense.

Location was great, very close to Acrisure stadium, walking distance less than five minutes across the bridge. Also close to the park where the three rivers meet. Nearby to restaurants and shopping. The area seemed to be safe and secure as well.

View from the room was not great (city view) but there are probably better views from other rooms. The bathroom in very tiny. The walls are thin, so we could hear the neighbors around us arguing late into the night. Our mattress was not the most comfortable, had a hump in the middle, hard on the back. The pool and hot tub are really small for such a large hotel, but both were really nice and clean.

I had wonderful view of downtown Pittsburgh Room was very clean, comfortable and organized Keurig coffee and tea was a nice touch Front desk, concierge, and bell staff are really friendly and hospitable

Mattress was extremely saggy and not even minimally firm like I would expect at a Windham hotel. Please get new mattresses! No real food at this hotel. Dining options are extremely limited. I needed to find a snack to take some medicine at night and had to walk several blocks just to find this. Could not find a convenience store, Bodega or pharmacy nearby just to get a packaged snack like nuts.

The lady that checked me in was super super nice. Told me the safe areas to be in while going to PNC stadium.

After I checked out my son came in to ask the cafe area lady if he could get some water in his water bottle for the road. Just tap water not buying any. She was rude and said “when we open” he said I can’t get just water from the sink she said again “when we open”. A security guard overheard it and gave my son two bottles of water. Very nice of the security guard to do. Very rude of the cafe lady. Don’t know her name but she has shaved hair on one side and longer on the other side. Come to think of it when I placed an order the day before the lady I dealt with wasn’t friendly either. She had long dark hair and lots of makeup. Apparently the cafe employees aren’t happy.

Amazing view and location. We could see bridges, inclines, stadiums and all three rivers!! Its front door opens to Point State Park which is a sweet little park to walk around in. We walked everywhere we wanted to go...including the Acrisure Stadium, Market Square, the Strip District, and Dunesque Incline. Beds were comfy, staff was helpful.

We went during a HUGE conference so the lobby was always packed and loud, but that's not really the hotels fault...no big deal, it was quiet in our room. The pool concept was cool, but it was muggy inside, wish there was a way to open the windows.

perfect location. It was a pleasant surpise to see Starbucks inside the huge lobby area. Enjoyed some refreshing flavours after evening walk in a beautiful garden bang opposite the hotel. over looking the Washington Hill. stayed for I night and could catch the airport bus starting at the door step of hotel. cannot ask more. will revisit once back to city.

batrhoom fittings outdated but working good so No complains. Small comfy room. little more space would make us feel better.

Great location- very central to many top destinations like PNC park. Easy, walkable city. We upgraded to a river view room which was lovely as you could see where the three rivers convene and the beautiful fountain at Point state park. We arrived prior to check in but the staff was incredibly helpful by getting us into an available room.

The pool was very crowded although that’s not the hotel’s fault. We were there during the Pittsburgh marathon, which we didn’t know until we booked our trip. That also made the elevators hard to come by for the first two days of our trip. By Monday things calmed down significantly.

The location was terrific.

The room was "tired" Wallpaper peeling, fan in the bathroom did not function. The price difference from Friday and Saturday to Sunday was a bit crazy, but it is what it is. Our Air bnb turned out to be a scam, and we needed a place on the spot. Perhaps the price would have been better had we booked earlier.

The room was lovely, though I had the bonus of being upgraded due to my Booking dot com status. I think that generally US hotels are overpriced compared with the rest of the world, so hard to comment fairly on price. However I was very comfortable and I appreciated seeing a rainbow wedding cake downstairs!

There were used band aids on the floor of the pool area when I visited, and the hot tub looks a bit grotty.

Five stars for location, comfort of the room, and (mostly) very forthcoming staff. ==> If you like to party at 3 AM with your room doors open and shout across (and along) the hall from room to room, the hotel will not interfere even if your neighbors call front desk, as long as they won't SEE you on camera. But it would be friendlier to your fellow guests if you did your partying behind closed doors, or in the comfortable lobby downstairs.

The free internet was slow, and it logged me out every night. Also, a wifi with a normal login with a password is typically to be preferred as the ones with "captive" login browser pages, especially when they tak a long time to open, as here.
