Loved the view of the river and city skyline, good food. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Room cleaning was excellent.

Not enough bar staff for a Rotary convention; the staff were doing everything humanly possible, literally running from person to person. I heard that three bar stations were set up in an adjoining room for a selection of invited Rotary guests. Management probably should have transferred some of the staff from there to the main bar; Hotel needs to be able to adjust to conditions when a situation arises; that didn't happen. Some of the doors to rooms have difficulty closing, probably due to multiple coats of paint. This can and should be fixed. All the cleaning staff know which ones need attention.

The staff were very friendly! The views were amazing from the lobby/restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed to receive a non view room. The carpet in the room was gross and should be replaced. The room and shower/ bathroom were very well done! More hooks for wet towels and clothing would be great, there was only one. The pool and the pool room were not heated and it was freezing! No one was using it and I'm sure that was the reason.We did enjoy our stay!

Elevator would always slightly miss the floor and bouncing back down quickly causing me to be nauseous each time. They were fast to go up and down though. Parking is outrageous for paying high dollar for the room already. I think parking should be highly discounted by front desk for at least one car per room.

Nice Restaurant, room accommodations and pool. Hotel is located across River but easy access to boat and Transit. Enjoyed the view as well as the walking around building and city.

There truly is not much to dislike about this Sheraton Hotel. Excellent customer service and great staff.

Didn’t have. Breakfast but dinner was very good.the chairs in the rooms, halls & lobby were all uncomfortable.

The above answer- chairs. And no mirror in the room. No towel racks in bathroom. Especially no hand rails in shower area. We were seniors so not safe.

Loved our stay. The suite and view was beautiful. Nolan your receptionist was very helpful, professional and nice. I give him 10 star rating for customer service and look forward to staying at the property again just because of our interaction with him

There was not one problem that occurred that wasn’t solved immediately. The staff at this hotel is incredible!

The property had a beautiful view of the city close to markets and restaurants. Walkable distance. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout my stay.

Only complaint I would have is the room we stayed in had very visible stains on the carpet. For the price of the room you would think this should be replaced or cleaned.

Our river view was amazing! We used the Gateway Clipper to reach PNC Park for our concert, which was extremely convenient. Parking was close, so that was convenient, as well.

Parking was not free or included in the hotel cost. Also, there was no continental breakfast, and the in-house Starbucks was unable to make a variety of choices.
