The room design was fantastic. Cleanliness was 10/10/. The hotel location was convenient. Good wifi throughout the stay. Overall, a very good option for short- and long-term stay.

The breakfast was a mess: at 9 AM there was no cooked food left, the food area was messy, and the tiny dining room was filled to the brim. We were not able to enjoy breakfast at this hotel. The staff did not mention that the rooms do not get serviced unless guests specifically request room service. Finally, despite Booking.com and the hotel policy as displayed in their TV guide stating that check-out is at 12 PM, we got an unpleasant call at 11:30 AM stating that the check-out is at 11 AM. The person remained undeterred when we pointed out that the hotel policy stated a different check-out time. This interaction somewhat spoiled what otherwise was a pleasant stay.

The room was great! Had a fridge, stove top, dishwasher. The pull out couch my son said was alright but I think it was better then that because he snored the whole night! The king size bed was AMAZING! There was a bar in the hotel which aloud you to bring the drinks back to your room. We didn't but we saw some people with drinks. The people at the desk were very polite as were the valets. Room was clean and smelled clean.

There was no place for you to park since it's right downtown, so you had to pay 32$ for valet parking. Which they don't tell you until you check in and ask where to park. There was someone who was staying there vaping in the hallway and a person who worked there didn't say anything to them that I saw as we both waited for the elevator. Normally I wouldn't mind but I had my 3yr old with me so we stood on the other side of the area to wait.

The room was spacious and clean (actually it was more like a suite). Breakfast and the fitness center were both great. Didn't go to the bar, but it seems alright. Overall, I am happy with the price I paid and everything with the hotel.

Parking was a little bit tricky as you'd need to park in front of the building first, and then an agent would take your car to garage. Whenever you need your car, you need to text them in advance. It was not very bad though.

Check in early upon our arrival. Great kitchen King size bed and pillows very comfortable. Space for a studio was generous.

The staff outside our room taking in the hallway at 7:40 am til 8:10 am disrupting my sleep so just got up earlier than planned. Not acceptable. Cleaning cart outside our room and not even cleaning yet. Not what I want to negotiate around once woken up early with their conversation.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was great & not far from Brown University. Staff were friendly.

Wish check in would be before 3pm. Shouldn’t have to pay to park when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, helpful to give advice about the area, and quick to help with an issue we had with the bathtub. I really liked the kitchen area - filled with any needs we may have had, and it had a full-size refrigerator, which if we had stayed longer would have come in handy! The bed was super comfortable!! Loved the location - close to everything we could want or need!

Would have liked a room with two queen beds, but the bed was comfortable, king-size, and we couldn't feel each other moving.

I liked the location of the hotel, perfect walking distance to many fun things. We stayed in a room with a fridge and living room, perfect size!

The pillows were terrible. Had a little hiccup with the valet, texted the number 20 mins ahead of time like we were told to then get a text saying to try back in another 10 minutes because their busy. Well we had tickets to a timed event so we went downstairs and asked if the3y could pull our car around because we were gong to be late and they did that no problem for us.

The room was large, clean, and the kitchen had the necessary dinnerware and utensils. The bed was comfortable. The TV swivels for easy viewing from either the sofa or the bed. There were many dining options in the immediate area. We particularly enjoyed our dinner at the 110 Grill accessible through the hotel lobby. We chose this location because the waterfire event was only a short walk from the hotel.

Items provided with the included breakfast ran out before the end time stipulated, and were not refilled. Although on-street, meter parking was presented as one of the options at check-in, we were not informed of the ban of on-street parking from 2am-5am until we specifically inquired at the front desk. The city of Providence doesn't post this information on the signage on the streets, or on the meters themselves either. We didn't require it, but there is apparently no routine daily housekeeping or towel exchange.

Hotel is nice and clean. Centrally located, but it is in Downtown which I heard was not the safest neighborhood.

They were out of tea. So they could only offer coffee and we prefer tea over coffee. Also the valet service is not the best. You need to request your car before coming down to the lobby. They will text you back how long it would take to bring the car to the door. Well they never brought the car at the time they said. It was always doubled. For example if they said 10 mina it would take 20.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was clean for the most part. It also had a nice view to the city. As usual, I appreciate the microwave, and the large fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, the room had a working area, and the bathroom was clean. This is a very good option to a Airbnb, and it can be a nice place for longer stays.

I felt that this time, attention to detail was lacking: there was no bath mat and no body wash. The kitchen was clean for the most part, although the upper part of the fridge was very dusty. The coffee machine felt cheap, and a few of the utensils were rusty. Additionally, no room housekeeping was offered or done after my first night.
