What I like the most was the comfort of the suite. It was perfect for my partner and my kids. The pool was absolutely amazing it was nice and warm and every-time we went no one was there so we had it all to ourselves.

The only thing I didn’t like was a certain smell like if the previous individuals who had rented dropped something on the rug, but then I put the AC on and the smell went away. Oh and upstairs where my spouse and I stayed right in front of the faucet was huge red dots thought it was blood at first lol but it was makeup that other renters must have done.

It had the minimum facilities I needed. Not fancy but clean and was perfect for my needs. Proximity to the airport was amzing with no airport noise!

Limited TV stations. I wanted news.

due to covid19 there was a sack breakfast of an apple, a sweet roll, and bottle of water everyday

after staying there for 30 days, there was little mix up on check out date and I was told i could not say beyond the last day on my contract. So I was kick out on a minutes notices. I felt like after paying them almost $3000 dollars they could have at least given me another day. Or, at least apologize for mix up. The African American male that kick me out didn't offer any apology or a smile. Just a simple we have noting for you and walk a way. He didn't even look at me in passing in courtyard. This all happen after working 13 hour shift overnight, at the local hospital. I will never go back there or recommend it to any one else.

Location was great, within 10 minutes of lots of stores. 10 minutes to Providence and airport

Staff was kind of rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. Couldn't ever give us a straight answer for anything. Whenever we'd ask a question we'd get attitude back.

The rooms were large and comfortable but it wasn’t the room I requested when booked.

The Wi-Fi was very confusing to work and should be complimentary for faster speeds. Just about everything uses internet now these days. The breakfast was very minimal and didn’t have any warm options. The gym was very small and felt like an after thought. It was really lacking actual equipment. I requested the loft style room and I didn’t receive that room and when I went to go and get that actual room it was already booked out.

The entire stay was most enjoyable. The room was clean, well appoimted and well situated. The staff went above amd beyond to make us feel welcome. We also felt safe. We will be returning .

I enjoyed that it was more of an apartment/condo feel ! First time being in a kitchenette! Comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities ! Pool , basketball court . It was nice ! Friendly staff

Again , I loved the place . I’m writing this to stat why I gave certain responses to the review . As far as it being clean , it was .. minus the fact it had cigarette markings on the rugs and old gum that must’ve been hard to get off . No biggie as it was overkill . The bathroom where the toilet space was was small . So it was roomy . The sink area was though . This happens to be the room I stayed in . Not sure of others

The room was very well set up other than the bed too close to the window. Very clean! I love the kitchen area, the water pressure in the bathroom was amazing, my kids were so excited for the pool. It was just a very cozy stay.

One bed is a little too close to the window, kind of hard to get out of. No hand soap was a bummer too. But I used the body wash as hand soap so it worked out.

Spacious room with comfortable seating area and convenient kitchen amenities.

Not enough silverware or glasses. Suggestion add salt and pepper.

It was nice and quiet very good location

The jacuzzi wasn't working but it was still fun taking my kids to the pool
