I travelled with my partner and my sister so I booked a room with a partition and sofa bed for a little more privacy and requested the sofa bed to have lining on when I booked and it did. The room was spacious and clean. The ambience of the hotel was delightful. The decor was trendy, stylish and looked very eco friendly. All of the staff were helpful, polite and friendly especially William at breakfast he was so attentive. A wonderful choice of breakfast which was replenished regularly so always looked appetising and hot. 10 out of 10 to this wonderful hotel. We can’t wait to visit again.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with modern, unique and comfortable furnishings. The location is great for walking around Greenville. Our room was very quiet, spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at an American hotel. I observed two gentlemen assessing every detail of the food and breakfast area. Turns out they were managers/directors. I complimented them and they asked my opinion on any items that could be added or modified. I couldn't think of anything because everything was fantastic. The valet parking was fast and efficient and the valet staff were friendly. I would stay at this hotel again without question and would highly recommend it to others.

There was no overhead lighting in our room so we had to turn on and off the various lamps in the room and the room was a bit dark. Front desk staff were efficient but not necessarily welcoming or friendly.

Helpful friendly people at the reception desk. Our room was ready when we arrived and it was perfect for what we needed. Parking in the garage down the street was easy peasy. We did get mixed up about how to use the card to get out without having to pay every time but called the hotel and they explained it no problem. Location was perfect super walkable to everything we wanted. Brewery's, restaurants, shops, Reedy Park. Small pool was just what we needy too for our afternoon break. I would totally recommend it.

The breakfast was good, really liked the cheezy grits, but they were only served once during out stay. Loved the location. We were able to walk to the Bons Secure Wellness Arena.

I needed to change my reservation dates because the dates of my games changed, but I could not change it through the Booking.com app, nor could I change it by calling the hotel. After several phone calls, we were successful.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Quiet at night and able to fall asleep.

Bed was very firm but was able to fall asleep. Parking is what it is for downtown greenville. They should offer a parking pass for the garage next door seeing how it's that or pay 20 dollars for the hotel to park it. It's only 7 dollars for a full day at the parking garage. It's not much but with the cost of everything else going up you would think they would include parking in with the cost of the room

The breakfast was great! Love the individual cereals, fresh coffee and availability of Almond milk. Other food options also looked good. Hotel staff was on hand to make sure items were replenished in a timely manner.

A fan in the bathroom would be a good idea. The barn door on the bathroom looked modern but is not as private as a traditional closing door.

Hotel is really close to the Main Street in downtown Greenville. Perfect location for us!

I was not aware that rooms were cleaned every other day only. However, I was told that I could have requested it if I wanted daily cleaning. One other thing, there was only one functioning (out of three) Peloton bike at the gym so I had to wait until the one became available.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Very impressed all the way around.

The only thing I didn't like was the perfumey - cologne smell pumped into the lobby. A lot of people are sensitive to smells, me included, so it was just too strong. It reminded me of the stores in the mall that do the same thing and I can't go in them. That seriously is the only thing I'd say you could change. Every single other thing was outstanding and I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is awesome, and it is centrally located to everything. Bring your walking shoes and you are only a few blocks from Main Street or if you’re in town for an event at Bon Secours it is only about a 6 minute walk as well. Visit the bar inside the hotel called Oak & Honey. The bartenders are down to earth, friendly, and the drinks are great.

Beautiful hotel, great location to where we needed to be, safe location and all within walking distance to a lot of restaurants bars etc. I was most impressed by the AMAZING breakfast bar. Will stay here again hands down!

The bed was firm but not everyone prefers a softer mattress
