Very Clean facility, centrally situated for traveling around the area on motorcycle trip. Pretty rooms, decorated nicely, comfortable beds. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Could stream on tv. Covered parking which was nice perk. Easily accessible and able to walk shops/ casinos of Deadwood day or night if desired. We were out riding all day so nice to be able to get back and walk to food and sites in the evening leaving motorcycles parked.

Had to pay for parking- however after some quick math if took trolley from other properties further away would cost total of $8.00 a night to get to and from downtown ($2 per ride) versus $20.00 a day parking)- we were able to park two bikes one spot so breakdown of $10.00 a day parking. The two dollars more was worth it for our purpose and convenience sake imo. We did not trailer, If you trailer a bike you’d likely need to use public parking or the property’s outside lot (14.95/ night currently) which will be even more- so take into consideration when choosing this sight.

The hotel was beautiful and located on the main street in historic Deadwood. It was easy walking distance to all the attractions in Deadwood. We particularly liked the balconies, and in particular the gas fire pits on the balconies. Made for a wonderful place to spend your evenings after a day of sightseeing! The staff was awesome as well! Our room was extremely clean and beautiful!!!!

We did not realize you had to pay for parking...$15 per day...when we booked the property! We also did not like the fact breakfast was $12 per day either. We thought we were getting a really good deal when we booked, but when you add another $39 per day the value disappeared. The hotel is very long, so from the elevator to room 360 was a hike past 59 other rooms. We also were looking for a quiet room. The rooms all have hard floors which amplified the people walking in their room above ours! Very noisy! I would suggest asking for the top floor if you want to really have a quiet room.

Awesome place to stay in deadwood. The beds were extremely comfortable.  they allow dogs which was great. 

There’s no way to crack or open a window in the room which was super unfortunate. It was extremely musty every time we walked in. One night we actually had a difficult time breathing, and had to open the door to the hallway, which was also musty, but a tiny bit of relief nonetheless. 

Location to downtown Deadwood was excellent. Room size was excellent as was the gym facility. We've been long time members of Tin Lizzie and loved the casino was right downstairs from our room. Room size was excellent. Liked the decks on the property.

The property charges $20 a night for parking.

Very clean and nice staff

The location could have been better. It was described as being in the center of town and it wasn’t. I didn’t like how they charge $15.00 per day to park on their property. We used Valet one night and the other night Valet was full so we used one of their parking lots that were across the street and down and still had to pay the $15.00 to park there! That was ridiculous.

The location could not have been better as it is literally at the edge of the historic district which is why you are in Deadwood. The room was clean and comfortable. Food services were of high quality down in the casino. Parking was very convenient.

As a new hotel the staff were not always current on the location of things (ice machines) or how things operated (washer/dryers). The room described in the Bookings advert was not what was delivered upon arrival at the hotel. The room we got was 1/2 the size which was adequate but is misleading.

The convenience of walking to many shopping and restaurants. The within options of eating and activities right within the hotel. We never had to leave if we choose or bad weather by having the walk through areas. Was told about remodeling happening within the hotel and did not hear any construction noises weekdays or weekend. Along with still very clean upkeep!

How thin the walls are or maybe the door that is used for conjoined rooms...woke up at 2am to a couple arguing then complaining when we were up early. We just spoke loudly and stated that were leaving and we weren't the ones with problems. We could hear everything clear as day and word for word so kept the tv on most of stay to drown out the next door neighbors. They are currently are re modeling and were told this before checking fully in so might need to make some more adjustments or still having to finish areas.

It was the little things that impressed me. Plug ins were located perfectly. Free bottled water was a nice surprise. Having a light colored background made fixing my hair easy. The fitness room had earbuds and top notch equipment. The bed and bedding was so comfortable, I wanted to buy that brand of bed and a set of sheets for my home! The door handles and locks were easy to open with my hands full.

These are so minor, but the ice machine wasn't on my floor. The trashcan was too small.

the arrival front desk was awesome ; she was super helpful to me and the guest prior who had questions about her dog ! beds were comfortable , though small.

it was a little loud but did calm down , would have liked a more clear idea of what is in what building as they are all connected. recommendations for food when you are traveling would be helpful.

Big, clean, comfortable rooms. Great bed and shower. Excellent wifi. Access to laundry facilities and ice machine.

Parking is first in first serve. We missed out but got street parking. No food available onsite for dinner. Lots of options in Main St but would have loved room service !
