having never been to deadwood, this hotel was perfect. Close enough to the downtown area and the price was perfect. It’s connected with a few other hotels with a casino on the bottom floor. Kind of fun to walk around. The hotel itself was very nice. room was perfect. and the included breakfast was very good. The underground parking was very nice knowing the car was relatively safe.

Parking was fine, we parked in the garage. The $15 is a bit much, even with the “coupons” they give you to compensate for it. The rates were a bit ridiculous, but being it was Kool nites in Deadwood not surprising. They have pretty much priced us out of the weekend so we won’t be returning.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast items could have been a bit warmer but good variety for breakfast.

Well setup. Pool and hot tub area was clean and warm. Room was nice with plenty of room. Bathroom was big and we had plenty of room.

Parking is terrible. Not sure how to fix it but on weekends you can't hardly find a place. Parking garage was full. Circled the parking lot for about 20 minutes before a spot opened up.

I loved that they had amazing off season rates! Great Flyt restaurant, excellent meat fir decent price with a hotel discount too. Free breakfast was very tasty! They gave us gambling in amount to match parking fee. Every staff member was smiling and courteous! Everything was clean and fresh looking, including the parking garage was clean and it’s trash was empty and not overflowing like other hotels are.

No waffle option on breakfast bar.

I've traveled from Florida to Washington State and I'm now on my way back home. I've stayed in a lot of hotels but yours is the best in every way.

The refrigerator didn't have a small freezer. I need a small freezer for my ice packs to keep my insulin cold during travels

Beautiful room, easy access, and great location to everything.

I used booking.com, It created an issue to where I was charged more then I was supposed to pay. Next time I stay there I will strictly book right through the hotel, they were amazing help.

Location and proximity to tourist sites. Love the quaint little old Town. Beautiful and lovely people.

Loved the complimentary breakfast, but wish it lasted to 10:00 am each day.

It was quiet and clean, the room was actually attractive and pleasant, the blinds blocked out all of the light. I liked that the kitchen area was separate from the bathroom and not viewable from the bedroom and the privacy divider for the office desk. I actually thought about how it would be nice if my house was set up like this. Coffee was good, staff was friendly despite being very busy, I felt so special it was like being a millennial for a day LOL

No jam for the bagels, honey was not portable. I know, it’s a little thing, but hey, you asked. I would rather take food to my room. Nutella was cool and unique tho.

I wasn't a fan of paying 15 dollars a day to park there, but at least there was a parking garage.

The free breakfast wasn't anywhere close to other hotels ive stayed at. For a 250+ a night hotel, breakfast could be DRASTICALLY improved. Of the 4 nights we stayed, we only ate breakfast there two times as it was just awful. Eggs were just nasty, sausage was overcooked, no bread selection, oatmeal was watered down and gross also. Only things really edible were the prepackaged muffins, yogurt and milk. Coffee creamer was also all gone every time we returned.

Everything was great as expected. We were comfortable, the bed was great except for the pillows a bit to soft. The room has shower and a tub which is great for an after gambling soak. It is great to have breakfast that is included in the room.

I do not like that every time I book a room, I end up at the very end of the hallway. Always😁. I have bad back and hard to walk far. Only problem was the pillows have no support
