The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for my needs. Restaurants and stores were close by and within walking distance. The breakfast had a good selection of items.

The counter space in the bathroom was limited. The staff was limited at certain times and was unable to do everything that was needing to be done during the morning rush of activity (breakfast and checking out).

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint us. Location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Our room was very clean and it smelled very nice. In the evening we went to the hotel's bar and had a glass of wine and relaxed by an indoor fireplace which is very unique and romantic. Ryan at the front desk is always smiling and very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was the cleanest I have ever experienced in any hotel. Great service and very friendly staff. They have an attached bar/lounge with indoor central fireplace which makes a great ambience. Location is perfect, walking distance to all restaurants and Safeway. We will certainly be staying here each time we come to Rapid City.

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Very clean and well kept. Rooms smelled fresh. Linens were crisp and clean. Breakfast had lot of options to choose from. We loved the waffles and coffee in the morning. Hotel is on the west side of the town close to dining and shopping and in a very safe area. Our new favorite in Rapid City.

The 2 guys who worked the front counter, were very helpful, not to mention funny. They made our time there way fun.

The location is ideal. It's half way between the Black Hills and Deadwood/ Spearfish. There's so much to do the area, and Rapid City was a great place to be as a home base.

I loved the check-in experience and the manager Ryan was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We had a chat and he went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Best location and walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Cozy in house bar and clean place. Highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was ok. Would like to see some Apples or Bananas or Oranges in the morning. Otherwise it was a standard breakfast.

We didn't have a small microwave in the room. We used the one downstairs in the breakfast area so it wasn't the end of the world but in the room would be nice.

The desk clerk. He was kind and informative.

The bathrooms need some attention. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was missing and it was really dirty. It was clean just needs some renovations.

Comfortable beds

Was dirty, the elevator was filthy, and rooms were still dirty. The carpets were dirty. The front desk worker wasn’t very friendly.

The staff was very accommodating. I enjoy staying here.

The entrance was a little icy but all in all it is south Dakota in January. It's to be expected.
