We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Staff at the check in was very friendly. Lobby area was clean as was the room we stayed in.

We asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day and fresh towels. They were reminded about cleaning the room that morning also. When we came back to the room at 4:30 pm the room had not been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. The cleaning staff were on our floor when we left the hotel that morning, I not sure why the room was not cleaned. The top of the bathroom walls had some mold on them near the ceiling.

Great location! Easy access to and from I24 and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the bar, happy hour and the friendly staff. The entry area was welcoming. There’s an indoor pool and small gym if desired.

Beds were just okay. I also realized I could have e gotten a much better deal booking through the actual hotel rather than on Booking however it was too late to cancel.

The room was very comfortable. The evening staff at the bar and restaurant was exceptional (kudos to Eryn and Tatiana for how they treated the patrons). The breakfast lady was very welcoming.

The room only had a shower instead of a bathtub. The pillows were a little worn. I like my pillows firm. We had an issue with breakfast one morning during our stay...... my wife received scorched scrambled eggs. My wife said one of the night clerks was rude to her.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The motion sensors on the hot tub didn’t seem to wear, there were large, sharp pieces of plastic in the pool, and food sitting on the edge of the pool.

The hotel itself is a very nice hotel I did happen to enjoy the fitness room I did get a workout in before leaving. I did not use any of the dining services but it did look enjoyable the fireplace is awesome. Thanks

This was a very nice hotel but I did not like the fact that the jacuzzi wasn't working I have called two times prior to going to this hotel and I was told by two different staff members that Jacuzzi was operational and in good working condition and it was working only to find out when I got there on February 13th I was told that the jacuzzi has not even worked in over a month. I needed to relax before returning to in-person school so I really wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi so I had to take a nice bubble bath with my candle and a bottle of wine instead but I actually could have done that at home. Thanks

Everything the facility & rooms were beautiful 💕 Me & my spouse stayed in The Whirlpool suite for our Anniversary... we absolutely loved it . We decorated the room as well. The Restaurant food was also a plus... great atmosphere and clean!!

The room was decorated by the staff for my granddaughter’s birthday in response to my “special requests” when I booked the room. She was so excited when we opened the door. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you for making her day extra special!

This hotel is modern, updated and very clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The am breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. i would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru.

You had to download an app to access the pool. It is very inconvenient. There is no designated smoking area outside. The parking was awkward and there isn't many spots.
