The location was awesome, the indoor outdoor pool was enjoyed by my family, the kids water slide was a bonus! Great staff and a great breakfast included!

My husband and I took a last minute trip to Gatlinburg. We found the accommodations perfect for our little getaway. Our private balcony overlooked the forest and we were constantly on the lookout for bears.(We never saw one but it wasn't for lack of looking) The hot breakfast was fantastic and the staff were constantly refilling food to make sure it was fresh and hot. Our room was clean and cozy. Parking in the parking garage was great because it was raining when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
I wish there were rooms with bigger beds. I don't think that our room had true Queen beds. They were more like full size. If we would have brought our child, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to fit in one of the existing beds. I would have loved to been able to have a King suite.

The room was nice, but I wished I had stayed on the opposite side of the hotel so I could people watch. I didn't eat any of the food, so I can't rate that. The location was great, was able to walk to everything Gatlinburg. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The kids were very noisy after 10pm, which I think was a little late for them to be screaming in the pool. The person in the room beside us tried to open the adjoining door, I found that a little strange and they had a crying baby that never stopped crying I realize that can't be helped, but I think they could insulate the walls a little better.

The location was mint for traveling with a family and walking to all of Gatlinburgs attractions. We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool and that there was a water slide for the kids! The breakfast was great!
The bathroom shower was terrible and the room service didn't replace our towels until late following day (after supper). The pool area was heavily chlorinated. Staff were nice enough but one of the ladies at the front desk went on and on about how she wanted to move back home and hated living in Gatlinburg which wasn't a great first impression. Our room keys also didn't work twice during our stay and we had to go up and down floors to remedy this.

The location was perfect to walk to all the attraction we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good. They had biscuits, sausage patties, eggs, and pancakes every morning. They also had a gravy for your biscuits another. Of course they had coffee, milk, orange juice, and other juices. The pool was small but nice. It was an inside and outside one. They had two hot tubs. It is an older hotel but was clean and well taken care of. All in all it was a very nice place that did not break the bank. We will stay again if we travel that way again.
The parking garage was a little small but manageable. they only had two elevators so there was a little waiting around check out time but not that long.

Everything was great here! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and asked if we could check in, but room was not ready , but the desk person offered to have us park in the garage and come up for a parking pass so we would not have to pay for parking in town - that started our visit on a very happy note. They called us as soon as the room was ready. Breakfast was great - a variety of foods and beverages to choose from. The room was very clean and quiet and we had a nice view too. Location of the hotel was great... convenient to the main part of Gatlinburg and everything was in walking distance!

We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast offered each morning, and the staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful! Also thought the bed was pretty comfortable and the extra pillow was an added plus!
It didn't start off too great. The view from our room was of the back side of property and there was a noisy fan placed outside of our room to air out the fresh paint (I think we werte told) ☹️ We also initially had a few issues with our room, and since we were staying 3 nights, we needed those to be resolved quickly. The sink and toilet were both clogged, and the shower hose had a hole in it where water would rush out of the side, spraying out everywhere! The good news was how fast every issue was fixed and also the courtesy shown to us by the repair worker and staff throughout our stay!

The breakfast was better than most hotels, front desk staff was quick to check-in and check-out, and service when additional room items were needed arrived quickly and effortlessly.
Its hard to avoid, but construction in the hotel was evident, dirty floors at elevators, workers going in and out, etc. Again it hard to avoid and is a must for any property to stay up to date. A quite time would have been nice, there was a group staying near us on our last night and they were noisy until about 11:30 to midnight, with two toddlers trying to sleep it made for a long night.

We had an awesome room with a view from the balcony, our room was spacious with a hot tub, which wasm ost relaxing. We come over for my brother's wedding and stayed 4 days, most everything was walking distance , plenty of things to do. The house breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. Will definitely be coming back soon. We honestly didn't want to leave, we had an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Thanks for giving us a great stay.

Loved the location, fast check inn, friendly staff at front desk and house keeping, the clean room and comfortable bed, the balcony over looking the river, overall value for the money. Better than the Hilton Garden Inn as far as value for money.i know because we stayed there as well. Cute heated indoor, outdoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, Buffet Breakfast is good. Plenty to choose from. Add it to your room cost, it is worth the few extra dollars on the booking cost if you don't want to eat out every morning and cheaper to say the least.😉
The low ceiling in parking building, slow elevator. Balcony is to small if having more than 2 people in the room. The small outdoor seating area near the pool for such a large hotel but t is really cute. And clean and facing the mountains. We stayed in Feb. So would be much nicer in the late spring thru fall I am sure.
