The location was awesome, the indoor outdoor pool was enjoyed by my family, the kids water slide was a bonus! Great staff and a great breakfast included!

I had not stayed at this hotel since I was a teenager many years ago, and it far exceeded my expectations. They serve a great breakfast in a spacious breakfast area looking over the river. The breakfast crew was friendly and very helpful. The location is good & within walking distance of downtown, yet on the side street, so you can get out if you want to drive somewhere. I love that it's beside the river.The elevators are spacious, if a bit slow. Our room was clean and comfy and spacious. What I really liked was the fact that the maids straightened our room and left enough fresh towels and emptied the trash every day without us asking. We travel a lot, and most hotels now don't offer this unless you request it, and most scrimp on towels. All in all this is a great place to stay. The value is there.

The parking garage is a bit scary if you have a large vehicle. They do have parking areas for taller vehicles but the ceilings are low and some of the parking spots are not easy to get a large vehicle parked in. Saturday was not great on parking but it got much better Sunday through Wednesday with more accessible parking spots than on the weekend. There is plenty of spots on site, just not ideal for really large vehicles.

My husband and I took a last minute trip to Gatlinburg. We found the accommodations perfect for our little getaway. Our private balcony overlooked the forest and we were constantly on the lookout for bears.(We never saw one but it wasn't for lack of looking) The hot breakfast was fantastic and the staff were constantly refilling food to make sure it was fresh and hot. Our room was clean and cozy. Parking in the parking garage was great because it was raining when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I wish there were rooms with bigger beds. I don't think that our room had true Queen beds. They were more like full size. If we would have brought our child, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to fit in one of the existing beds. I would have loved to been able to have a King suite.

I love the fact the hotel was just as seen on your website. Walking distantance to alot of food and shopping, the staff was very nice and helpful I always treated me with with respect and kindness,. Espeacially (Sandy) was sweet and very helpful always replied with a smile on her face even the cleaning staff was kind and very helpful :) Breakfast was wonderful; alot to choose from and delicious. Comfortable, clean room and beds.Will stay again :)This is from a women who travels alot and stay's in hotels. They are not just a five star hotel they are a ten star hotel in my book :) And NO I wasn't paid to say this it was my experiance there. Wonerful vacation!!

The temperature in the pool could have been alittle warmer.

The room was nice, but I wished I had stayed on the opposite side of the hotel so I could people watch. I didn't eat any of the food, so I can't rate that. The location was great, was able to walk to everything Gatlinburg. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The kids were very noisy after 10pm, which I think was a little late for them to be screaming in the pool. The person in the room beside us tried to open the adjoining door, I found that a little strange and they had a crying baby that never stopped crying I realize that can't be helped, but I think they could insulate the walls a little better.

The location was mint for traveling with a family and walking to all of Gatlinburgs attractions. We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool and that there was a water slide for the kids! The breakfast was great!

The bathroom shower was terrible and the room service didn't replace our towels until late following day (after supper). The pool area was heavily chlorinated. Staff were nice enough but one of the ladies at the front desk went on and on about how she wanted to move back home and hated living in Gatlinburg which wasn't a great first impression. Our room keys also didn't work twice during our stay and we had to go up and down floors to remedy this.

The room was spacious, location of the hotel was super close to everything you want to do in Gatlinburg. Staff is welcoming, pool area is nice and the complimentary breakfast has a lot of good choices.

The parking is atrocious if you have a truck that’s higher than 6’-5”. Had to park off site but that can be a pain if you have a family. All in all, the hotel does their best to accommodate. They give you a pass so that you don’t have to pay. Only two elevators on the premises can make checkout a nightmare, especially if there are a lot of people at the hotel.

Exceptional breakfast, I specially loved the cottage cheese with pineapple. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the view from balcony were mesmerizing. We even spotted 2 bears from the balcony in the parking lot right Infront of hotel during midnight, I think they were in search of food.

The only thing I think that can be upgraded is the quality of pillows, the pillows we got were tiny and too soft. I would have loved if they had at least the queen size pillows with some toughness in them.

The property was in a great location. Them most all of the staff were very friendly.

The property is a non smoking facility. I am allergic to smoke so this was a big plus for the property. The gentleman in the room below us and one room over smoked on the balcony so it prevented us from going out on our balcony. There was also a gentleman that vaped in the hot tub. I mentioned it when I checked out but was told by the guy at the desk (who also smoked because I could smell it on him) that they couldn’t do anything about it.

Everything was great here! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and asked if we could check in, but room was not ready , but the desk person offered to have us park in the garage and come up for a parking pass so we would not have to pay for parking in town - that started our visit on a very happy note. They called us as soon as the room was ready. Breakfast was great - a variety of foods and beverages to choose from. The room was very clean and quiet and we had a nice view too. Location of the hotel was great... convenient to the main part of Gatlinburg and everything was in walking distance!
