The staff was very nice & accommodating. The breakfast was good. We had 2 double queen beds with a sofa bed suites for a group of 7. The rooms were a nice size & the sofa bed had a pull-out bed underneath which was a pleasant surprise. Each room had a microwave & a very nice see-through glass refrigerator.

Although my fees were waived I didn't like the $10 parking fee added to each room. It's not a gated, guarded, or valet parking lot, so I don't understand why there's a parking fee. The pool water was a little cold but I was still happy they had an indoor/ outdoor pool.

Location was good and short drive to Downtown. The staff were excellent to deal with and very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The room I requested was a King Bed room and I did not get this due to some electrical issues which I wasn’t sure If I fully believed or not. I was given a queen bed room instead which was right by the elevator which I wasn’t happy about but it turned out okay.

That there was super friendly morning staff, the hotel was clean, and everything was within distance of the hotel.

That we had to pay for parking when we were already paying for a hotel room. It wasn’t expensive but just wasn’t something we were expecting to have to pay that fee.

Staff was very welcoming. We had a newly renovated room and it was so nice. Breakfast was good too! Construction going on outside the hotel but that didn't interrupt our visit. Great place to stay if you are visiting Nashville. Very quiet area, mostly office buildings. Close to downtown. Easy uber/lyft trip down to the main streets. Room was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

I thought it was very nice and clean, we were I town for a concert and stayed two nights. Good location, close to attractions and places to go eat and explore.

The lady checking us in the evening was exceptionally friendly and very professional went out of her way to make sure all our needs are met!! The room was so clean smelled so good! The bed was very comfortable!! Everything worked! We were highly pleased!!

The only thing I can think of that I could possibly complain about would be when we checked out. The lady that checked us out was not as friendly as the service we had received the evening before!! Not a big deal but we were just grateful she wasn’t the one checking is in the evening before!!

We stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Nashville for my daughters Sweet 16! Yes the rooms are a little outdated BUT… the lobby smells amazing and is inviting, the staff we encountered were very kind and accommodating, the room was very clean and spacious and fit our needs perfectly, the hot tub was good and hot, the indoor outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the location is pretty great!! We did use the sofa bed and those things are never super comfortable but they provided sheets, blankets, and extra pillows to try to make it as comfy as possible. Desarae and Theresa were both wonderful and got us anything we needed right away. They also gave great recommendations on restaurants and things to do while we were in the area. The breakfast was definitely a grab and go and not a hot breakfast but it was fine for us as we were always headed out for an early lunch at a local restaurant. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Music City!!

Room was nice Bed was comfortable. TV rotated so you could see it from the bed and couch. Staff was very great!

Shower door didn't open on the side to turn water on. Refrigerator didn't work. Could have switched rooms but would have had to downgrade from King to Double beds.

Everything was great.

There was a used towel on back of bathroom door but no issues otherwise...oh yes also there was a cigarette butt in the toilet. But everything else in room was very clean and tidy. No cigarette smoke smell just a butt in the toilet is all I noticed.

Very clean and smelled wonderful when you walked into the lobby. Room was spacious with a large bathroom to go with it. No complaints

I can't say there were any issues/complaints about the room or cleanliness. The morning free breakfast was kind of a dud. Cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee...nothing really protein related to fuel you for your morning.
