great location-take trolley to Beale street for only $1 per person. park across street in church lot-pay $18 instead of $29 at Sheraton garage. also then avoid tipping due to valet parking. room was clean, bed comfortable. The other reviews bashing this place as being dirty I don't understand-my room was typical of what you expect from Sheraton-an upper class room nicer than the typical motel from

refrigerator not working-told front desk on checkout-given a $50 credit on room charge. What's not to like!

the location was great. it only took us 15 minutes to get to the Fed Ex Forum and that was taking our time walking down Beale Street! The staff was friendly and very helpful as well!

I found a dirty sock under the bed and hair on the bedsheets. That just rubbed me the wrong way. One of the waters in the room was opened, but full. The kids almost drank it. the pool and fitness center were closed. Breakfast buffet and a la crate items are way overpriced. $8 for a cup of cereal they could get at school. I was shocked by the $30 required valet parking. This was not even in the fine print when I booked. I went back to look. I would have liked to know about it. Next time I will stay in a more affordable, cleaner hotel and pay for parking downtown.

The staff were very jovial, engaging and hospitable. The bed was extremely comfortable!

The checkin staff on arrival and departure were top notch: classy, efficient and personable. The Crossroads bar staff were also very engaging with the guests, including myself. I ordered a few drinks and an appetizer, the bar service, food quality and presentation was lovely. Room 732 needs some attention: 3 stains on the sheers, two of the bath product dispensers had fallen off the wall, and the acoustic (popcorn) ceiling felt a little dated. The quality of the in room bath products was exceptional. The maintenance call response time was under 10 minutes; housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodated my request for more coffee creamer and sugar from their car in the hallway in the morning. 4 out of 5 possible stars for the overall stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The elevator was very fast.

The price is not exactly low, but accodomation in Memphis in general seems quite expensive to me. The hotel sent me an email before I arrived so check-in would be easier, and so I could already go into my room before the official check-in time once the room would be ready. That did not work at all and just complicated everything including how I had planned the day. I got the email that my room would be ready at around 10 am, but was told I should not try to ask again for check-in before 2 pm, because that email/check-in system would in fact not reflect reality.

The staff was very accommodating & went out of their way for us. The hotel is in need of a little makeover, updating. Our room was decent but not exactly clean. Dust bunnies, carpet not vaccumed paint on the room door peeling, like water damage. Lamps with charging USB hubs didn't work. So to pay over $200 a night was a bit steep.

Our bell hop went above and beyond for us. The staff made up for the outdated property.

From the moment I arrived, it was nothing but smiles, how can I help you, did you enjoy the scenery, how did your conference go, would you like for me to keep your car parked up front. Genuine hospitality! The staff gave great directions, honest opinion on if I should drive to a location. If I didn't drive, they suggested the next best service to use & they always went the extra mile. Every staff member on every SHIFT was amazing!!! This is my new home every time I come to Memphis!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in great condition. Beds were comfortable, and our rooms were near each other as we asked. Despite being fairly full, the floor was very quiet. Valet parking was convenient and the Valets were kind and helpful.

The area around the hotel had quite a few homeless people and didn’t seem safe for walking. I didn’t really mind, as we planned to drive. This isn’t something the hotel could really impact, and all areas on hotel property were secure and safe.

Friendly staff, very clean, attached to the convention center with a skywalk for easy access.

The keys have me problems the entire time I was there. had to swipe them multiple times in the elevator and for the room door before they worked and granted access. had to rely on kindness of strangers in the elevators more than once because my key wouldn’t work right. Very irritating.

Great location with a trolley stop right outside the hotel which cost only a dollar to get to the riverfront and Beale street. Bar and restaurant onsite, which was reasonably priced for luck and evening meals. Glass fronted elevator giving views of the city.

Breakfast was not included and I thought was a bit costly at $25, but it was tasty.

The location is good. Its easy to get to driving and its close to the interesting down town areas with its own street car/tram stop. The reception staff are helpful and friendly.

Generally I find US hotels expensive. I think this is inline with the market. But I just find it a bit expensive esp when the parking and breakfast are all charged additionally. The rooms seem to be a little dated and the water pressure in the shower could be stronger.
