The location is pretty great. It is right at the seawall and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. AC was very cold, the beds were nice, the breakfast was good, and loved having the balcony. The pool was pretty fun too, lasted hours in there.

The hotel looks pretty good, but it could do with some touch ups and upgrades here and there. My only major complaint is the outlets in the room. The phone chargers kept falling out because they are loose. We had to position our chargers in a way they would stay in the outlets to be able to charge our devices.

We liked that breakfast was available and had great choices. The room was very cool and comfortable. We were able to take a great shower. Internet also worked well.

Found cereal on the floor from the previous occupants. Pretty dusty in higher areas of the room.

First off , I'm writing this review and I'm still at the Comfort Inn,. ...this is my second time here,....me and my husband love it here, we live in Houston but when we come to Galveston this our place...All the rooms have balconies .This trip was our anniversary , and we lucked out and got a room with an awesome view (302 , Shhhh , that's our secret) best room in the hotel .it was quiet at the end of hall but u could see the beach very good ..I had to make my husband leave the room , because he found so much peace on the balcony, we had a fridge , and microwave...The beautiful lady at the desk,Michelle is so sweet and does well with guest and long lines at check in ...I went down to breakfast today, they had scrambled eggs and sausage , make your own toast and waffles, yogurt, cereals , juice and coffee, it was very nice, there was a young man assisting people , I thought he was a guest because he was soooo nice and sweet , just walking up to people helping them making waffles .... The hotel is some blocks from Pleasure pier and other things , walking will be about 30 minutes or so , but the Trolley is a $1.00 jump on that ....Grocery stores , and fast food is within walking distance(Jimmy John's is in the parking lot )...We love it here and you will too, we will be back ...

I liked the room and the location of the facility.

The staff was HORRIBLE!! I paid too much money to be ignored. We needed more towels and I called down to the front desk and they stated they were busy. My friends and I went about our day. Came back to the room...no towels. Called the front and was told that no one was there to bring us towels. Never got towels 😡😡😡

I like the fact that the facility was very clean the staff was very respectful always had smiles on their faces and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the location is great I recommend this to any traveling couples friends anyone this is the hotel to be at

I have no complaints about anything because I loved everything so there's not one thing I didn't like

i loved the fact that it was in walking distance of eveything!!! we walked from hotel to beach, the staff was very friendly, the beds were very Comfortable, the room was an awesome size, we truly were very happy. the parking is right under the hotel, so it was very convenient

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were clean and cool, and the price during the weekdays was so great i contemplated staying another night.

Although the pool was indoors and easily accessible, it was quite a bit smaller than i had thought it would be, and just two or three groups of avg sized families could make it feel quite full and packed.

Everything was clean and the check in staff was very pleasant and professional. The check in process was not really a process. My reservation was confirmed in a minute or two, I was given my keys and directed where to go. A wonderful experience and stay.

The breakfast area was a bit of a mess but a lot of people there. Couldn’t get apple juice as it was empty but filled it as we were leaving.

The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for walking across the street directly on to the beach. The pool was great.
