Great location and staff is always willing to assist.
We booked a King size room but didnt receive that on this visit and there were no other rooms available. Also there wasn’t a mini fridge that was to be included but the staff was able to accommodate a fix because of medications which was much appreciated. 😊

Close to the hwy,easy to pull up in parking lot.manager was very nice. My room wasn't clean when arrived, manager gave us another room .he has had problems with help.

Front desk staff Kapu Bherkter was very friendly and extremely helpful when A/C in room needed attention. She was was polite and willing to help with any of our needs. The facility smelled clean
A/C in room was working but had staff personnel got it fixed within a matter of minutes. Did not offer medical staff a discount due to booking online.

I don’t like that the air-conditioning in the rooms are not on .So it’s over 80° inside the rooms when you first walk in and it takes a bit to cool down.I also don’t like that the front desk is not staffed overnight full-time. So sometimes you have to wait to get the attention of someone or a bang loud enough until someone answers the sliding doors if you’ve lost your key which did happen to me. I also don’t like that there is an annoying flickering light on the outside of the building. Fortunately, this location is the cleanest most decent place to stay in the area.

the pool was dirty and we could not use it nor was there breakfast served.
