The size of the room was great. We specifically got the 1 bed room suite with kind bed and sofa sleeper. Location was decent.

We got the larger room for the kitchenette. We stayed 4 days and planned to cook as we were there for my daughters soccer tournament. Would rather her eat real food, not fast food or food with a lot of junk in it. The kitchenette had a full fridge and microwave, with a small sink, but that's it. No stove. There were no plates, utensils, bowls, obviously didn't need pots or pans. Very disappointing. Room floors and hallway floors were lumpy. I'm not sure why.

Great night's stay. Convenient location off I-15. Slept well, comfy bed, clean room and facilities. Nice hot breakfast. Lots of parking. Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Was passing through on a road trip from Seattle to Las Vegas and needed a place for one night near Salt Lake City. Would definitely stay here again. By the way, Provo (nearby) is beautiful. Take the time to drive up through Provo Canyon (half hour away). It's spectacular.

Room was clean, comfortable. You honored our request for a shower chair which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good with good variety of foods; egg dishes were hot, fresh, and frequently replenished.

When I checked out I requested a receipt. The desk computer did not print a receipt across several tries. Desk clerk then asked if I would accept an e-mailed receipt, which I agreed to. However, as of 7:17 a.m., 6 July 2024, I have received no e-mailed receipt.

Surprisingly good. Was expecting cold granola and yoghurt, which they had but a hot buffet of eggs and bacon and sausage was unexpected and avoided me have to go find a solid breakfast somewhere else.

The bathroom was clean and functional. A little on the dated perhaps budget side and a bit out of sync with the rest of the facilities. However this was mostly an aesthetics thing. Everything worked great, lots of , showers had strong water pressure and everything was supplied so this would be a 4 out of 5.

It was good for a one night rest stop. They have all the soaps you need and makeup remover pads. The room is large and set up nicely. Breakfast is provided which saves on expenses.

Couldn’t get the WiFi to work, hard to find location on GPS. The room is older decor.

Lovely room with good air conditioning, fridge and a microwave oven. The bathroom was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the tv programs good. The windows sealed well but did not help much, being just above the entrance.... Breakfast was good.

The allocated room was right above the entrance and on the highway side of the building and therefore not quiet at all as claimed by the hotel. We were 4 adults and like many other accommodation, not really for 4 adults despite having an open plan and one attached room. Only one bathroom to share! This is good for a family with children, not four adults. But this was the option after entering "4 adults" and "2 rooms" when you book.

The breakfast was elaborate and delicious. Most of the staff was very friendly. The swimming pool was clean and being kept well.

The staff was a little too eager to clean the room when we were about to check out. Why were they in such a hurry? We have until 11. Also, the airco stopped working at some point, but when I reported it, they were willing to assign me a new room immediately. Luckily, it started working again. So, no problem.

everything was perfect! from the room - the breakfast - the pool - the gym. what made it better was we were able to have our dog with us. the location was perfect as well

our key wasn’t working for us all weekend and the receptionist at night (a lady) didn’t seem to believe us. she was annoyed that we kept coming back asking for a new key and she said “I’m going to come up with you to check it out” then she realized it’s not working. we didn’t appreciate the rudeness nor the attitude. also we would try to call down for more towels and no one would answer. we finally just asked the housekeepers as they were on our floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty typical (good) for this class of hotel.

Parking was not secure and since the lot is adjacent to a college living area, it did provide some pause - however, it was well lit.

The property is fairly new; overall it is very clean. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The beds were comfortable with more than one pillow type to choose from. The hotel is dog-friendly and they did not charge us extra for our dog, which was very much appreciated. The location isn't the best but there is easy access to the area if you have a car.

The hall near the elevator and the elevator itself could use more upkeep, but the room was very clean and welcoming.
