Breakfast was fine. My husband and son enjoyed the eggs, sausage and potatoes very much. When we got the proper room (the second and third nights), it was fabulous! Exactly what we'd hoped for. We were also able to park very close to where our room was located. We simply walked down the stairs across from our room and out to the parking lot.

My husband said the coffee was terrible. We had the wrong type of room the first night and very noisy people above us. The hotel had been overbooked, so we got the room we wanted for the second and third nights. We were also given some bonus points for the mistake.

The property it-self was good. The property outside looks just like the pictures. The parking has good lighting.

Having to pay parking per night seems a bit ridiculous for the amount of money I paid for the room per night. I suggest maybe charging if the guest has more than one car. This property is connected to an Embassy Suite that was newly renovated, when I got there to check in, no one was at the Homewood Suite front desk. They had a sign telling the guests to check in at the Embassy Suite front desk. Also, if we wanted to have breakfast we had to go to the Embassy Suites side. For me this was an inconvenience because from my room it was a but of a walk. The amenities at the Homewood Suite are very outdated and I think the price per night is high for the room.

The breakfast was well prepared and laid out, and the different amenities, from the gym to the pool were great. The location was amazing for my needs and has access to plenty of activities.

Any door that used the room key for access took multiple attempts to access. One such time took me 10+ attempts with both of the key cards I was given.

Breakfast was super cramped. Someone threw up and it was over 30 minutes before it was cleaned up. Employees friendly except the bartender at managers happy who was lackadaisical about his service to the guests. I would have ordered another drink if he’d come back to my end of the bar. But I left instead.

Our room smelled like stale smoke.

It's a beautiful hotel I will be staying here again if I'm in town the room was nice breakfast was delicious I love the need to order omelettes was definitely worth the money

Delicious breakfast, clean room, clean common areas.

You have to pay $7 a night for parking!! So crazy to make people pay for parking. Also the indoor poor was closed (which the reason we booked this hotel) but we were able to drive to another location 18 minutes away and use their pool.

Room was spacious, the location was perfect.

The turkey sausage was raw, my room was not cleaned only thing that they did was put a blanket over a dirty comforter and took 1 bag of trash out. Tried checking in at the check in time but had to wait nearly an hour, wish they would’ve called ahead of time so we wouldn’t have been waiting there.

Clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff and a nice breakfast. Close (walking distance) to good eateries and a short drive to shopping. We were a little concerned being so close to the airport but the noise from air traffic was not even an issue. All in all a pleasant experience.

The ONLY thing was the water. A little hard for me. Not really a big deal. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the room and were happy with the available facilities. The employees were very friendly and helpful and we would gladly visit again.

I wanted some 🥓. Sausage was good occasionally but not daily.

Television channels. Larger trash cans outside the elevator and back door. Trash removed more frequently. The signs of neglect and age of the building at the side door. You have some of the best staff I have ever encountered. As a group, I have no complaints about any of them...receptionists, cafeteria, housekeepers... Excellent!
