I enjoyed my stay and my bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I was within a few miles of my family.

I didn’t like that my room wasn’t cleaned even after the do not disturb sign was taken off. I learned from the front desk that the hotel only cleans rooms every three days for longer staying guest. I was there five nights. I tried to request clean towels but no one at the front answered the phone or was at the desk when I came back there for the night. No one told me to ring the bell on the desk if I needed assistance. I was only shown the bell upon check out.

Breakfast was perfectly good and certainly better than many hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The hotel is older and certainly shows some wear but very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful

The elevator didn’t work consistently - on one occasion I was unable to use it to come down from the fourth floor. The door kept opening and closing but the elevator wouldn’t move. The issue was resolved quickly, though, and didn’t recur during our visit. The mattresses were too hard for my comfort and I like a firm mattress.

I asked for clean towels and I never received any due to a new method that the facility is participating in, when I asked I was told I could change out my towels and then I found out later that evening there was a note at the front desk stating that I wouldn't get clean towels until 2days later, after my check out day

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

They advertise daily housekeeping but I never saw a housekeeper the entire stay and we were there a week! We had tp go down to the front desk to request more towels and toilet paper etc and take down our own trash. We saw people leaving trash in the hallways for housekeeping that did not get picked up :/ Also the bathroom was quite dirty when we got there.

Room was clean, bathroom had new fixtures and the location is close to Virginia Tech. I like the breakfast in the morning and shower water was hot and lasted for the duration of my shower. I would recommend this hotel to travelers in the Christiansburg, Blacksburg area.

My room was at the very left end and was adjacent to I-81. The road noise at night made it difficult to sleep. I would prefer to stay on the end of the hotel not adjacent to the interstate (right hand side of the hotel as you face it).

We have stayed here each VT game that we go to. The staff are very nice and the breakfast area/staff is really good. Our room was nice and cool and updated.

The only need for improvement are in the completion of the renovations. The walls (missing finishings, carpet binding)are still not done in the hallway and the decor is scarce if any in the main lobby. Seems sterile. Someone should vacuum the elevators once in a while.

The large room and the service from the front desk staff was really good.

The door to the bathroom had fallen off and the desk had sticky stuff on the top right corner next to the coffee pot and the mirror was dirty. Couldn't hardly see in it. The manager told me they do not have a maintenance person and the staff was the cleaning and maintenance person. The place was very clean and the breakfast was good.

It was clean and very quiet. Although close to the interstate, we could not hear the traffic. Our room was at the elevator but we could not hear people coming and going.

I had no concerns.

Good value for the VT area. Rooms and bathrooms are very large and clean. Friendly staff. Cracker Barrel next door. VT and downtown Blacksburg are an easy 15 min drive away.

More bread options for breakfast like muffins, bagels, donuts, croissant options would be nice instead of sausage, eggs, and potatoes which didn’t taste good.

Big room and nice bed

Nice hotel but seems like it's struggling with expenses. The bed cover was worn with holes in edges( was changed by house keeping). The rug at elevator had small holes worn in it. Maybe change in manager or funding it would be a great hotel.
