Beautiful hotel and area. Food was very good.

I booked through Booking.com and I was charged me more than $249 a night I agreed to. You charged me $249 on Monday, $259 on Tuesday and $299 on Wednesday. I was not aware and not happy with surprise change. I would like a refund on the difference of $60. my Lansdowne folio #525404 and confirmation number was 38861621.

It’s not a long drive from DC for a stay-cation, nice breakfast and a decent lap pool

The staff at the golf shop gave out more enforcement vibe instead of being properly hospitality trained. When I inquired about using the driving range, the person at the golf shop judged at what I was wearing, lay down some strict and outdated rules for women golfers attire, pointed at the wall dismissively asked me to look for myself for appropriate attires. Up to this point I have always managed to dress myself per my own discretion. maybe the staff could be trained on not to embarrass the ladies at a bare minimum, adopt a more progressive approach to modernize the gold club and keep up with the time.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and had a stunning aesthetic, not to mention the wide array of activities and amenities available. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We had such a great time that we're already planning our next visit. The price we paid was completely worth it for the incredible experience we had.

Beautiful resort, clean rooms. kids loved the pools.

Not enough dining choice, hotel restaurants pricey and not great food.

Spa Minérale was divine! Had amazing massages in a relaxing, clean environment. They also had the option to enjoy nail and facial treatments, steam or dry saunas, hot tub, etc. Multiple pools for different vibes (e.g., family, adult only) with an outdoor grille, plenty of lounges with umbrellas. The grounds were lovely and it's in a great location, about 30-40 minutes from several wineries and shops.

Spa is actually very good. Hotel layout itself, very nice. Lots of outdoor space, overlooking potomac. Golf course looks amazing. Plenty of nooks and fire places etc, for sitting and catching up with friends. Staff was great.

cost for parking (there's plenty of space). Bathrooms are nice, but dimly lit. Spa is pricey. but thats how it goes these days. it has sauna, hot tub, otherwise very well done

The hotel ambience was especially lovely and the grounds were beautifully kept. The staff was wonderful.

Maintenance of the bathroom located in our room needed work. The drains were very slow, toilet was difficult to flush, no fan in the bathroom so mirrors fogged easily.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, but pricey!

1. One pool was not open 2. The Coffee Maker in the room was very noisy. for Early morning, the coffee supplied was not very good. 3. Several Times the Room Cleaning Service, forgot to replenish the coffee

My kids felt welcome and taken care of the second they stepped through the entrance and smelled the spa like fragrances. They knew it would a special time. Same for my Black Labrador which had its tail wagging the entire stay. Hospitality and customer service was wonderful. Gym is wonderfully equipped and the choice of pools is terrific.

If I had to dislike anything, the pool bar order and pick up windows are a little inefficient and parking is always a bother.
