The room was very clean, love that it didn’t have carpet. The beds were comfortable and it was a good amount of space for our family. Housekeeping did a great job. The only complaint is that the indoor pool was freezing. My kids still loved it though and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Pool was very cold.

Front desk staff were very friendly, check in process was a breeze, and the room was clean and nice. I really liked how the mattress had a protection cover on it. I rarely see that when I stay in hotels which I think is nuts considering all of the different people sleeping in the beds, but I always check the mattresses for bed bugs and it was just nice to see it all zipped up and protected!!

Our room was great-clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel was involved in a renovation but it was no problem over the weekend. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of seating. Easy parking and convenient location.

A little difficult to find as it was tucked away behind a small shopping center. Once you figure out that the road isn't an entrance to the shopping center parking lot it is easy to get to.

Breakfast is awesome. Waffle are missing already :) Maids are fantastic, always checking the room and changing towels. bed are very comfortable, I would say that there are the best bed ever slept in a hotel. Light in the parking with security cameras is making the place more secure.

Wish pool would be warmed in winter.

In a quiet area, near residential area.

Location had bonuses and not. We found it difficult to get out onto the Main Street as the hotel isn’t situated in a street with traffic lights. Main road is super busy. You either need to turn right and drive a little ways to make a u-turn or cut through a shopping center parking lot to hit the next street over for a traffic light. No means the fault of the property only something to consider when booking. the hotel was great! They did have construction going on, updating of rooms, but very respectful of hours, not before 9 am and not after 6 pm from what we were aware of.

The hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

While sitting outside the hotel I was approached by someone who gave me the creeps. He asked me if I was staying alone. I’m not sure if he was staying at the hotel or not. He did walk inside but then I saw him come back outside a minute later.

Great location for the itinerary we had planned.

On the hotel website the picture of the pool shows a hot tub, that we looked forward to using, however upon arrival and checking out the pool area, there was no hot tub. Pictures are not accurate/up to date

Food was OK. The housekeepers were quick to respond when we needed the pull out sofa bed made up. They were very friendly.

There was not enough regular seating in the breakfast area. Many of the seats were too high. I'm handicapped and could not sit on a high stool. There was no comfortable chair in the room on which to sit. The flashing "strobing" light from Red Roof Inn was very annoying at night. There really is a need for another elevator. People had to wait for the elevator to return in order to get to the lower level.

It's a new management. Not comfort suites anymore. Holiday Inn bought it 10 days ago. Rooms are new.

Breakfast is not the same. Not very impressed! Comfort Suites had better breakfast.

Fluffy waffles.

The pillows on the bed were awful. Too high, leading to neck pain and difficulty sleeping. Also why refrigerate the peanut butter at breakfast. Does not seem to make sense.
