well when we fitst arrived I had booked from booking.com as pet friendly hotel. i saw where they hold a deposit. but when we git there the girl is like we charge 75.00 extra for a dog. i was like no where did i see that on the site. she apologized and asked me if i wanted a refund. but we had just traveled 10hours. just needed some rest. So i took it. next morning the gentleman who checked me out asked about our stay. i told him same thing I told her and i said my dog is cleaner than people a little frenchie named Gemma. Again he apologized. when i looked at my bill when ee got home he removed the 75. fee. I am so grateful there is still good customer service out there.

Very clean,attentive,accommodating,soft comfortable beds (can I have one PLEASE?)

If any,it’ll be when traveling from pool area have customers dry off before entering the building To avoid any accidental falls.It’s a concern because I’m her.I slipped stepping in wet elevator .Luckily I didn’t fall my jerk and reflux paid off well.Also Note if anyone has a common cold,cough,allergies,stuffed running nose,sneezing please ask them to wear a mask as precaution for others especially in the breakfast area.Last but not least keep sanitation pumps stocked .Please and Thank You!

It definitely looked more modern than some of the older pictures show. The front desk ‘guy’ was super nice. We checked in, about dinner time - after a very hot, double header in June. One of the few stays where I felt that the price matched with the accommodations (i.e., not an outdated dump, charging $150/night).

Double Queen rooms were a tad on the small side.

This is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in, Very Clean, very inviting, beds were extremely comfortable. We will Definitely be staying at another Holiday Inn Express when we travel again in the near future.

I have no complaints with our experience, staff was very polite and helpful & couldn't have picked a better hotel experience.

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel was clean, everyone was polite, the only problem I had, was housekeeping kept coming to the room, they started at 9:30, and again around 10:30, to the point I called downstairs to make sure check out time was 12:00.

The only thing that could have been better is , housekeeping can knock around 11:15

night staff overcharged me 3 times and was t available when I arrived at 12:30 at night . I had to call her to check me in and then found out she triple charged me and by coincidence my credit card number was being used the next morning at a local Sams Club in Virginia and I was in my room getting ready for a meeting . I received an alert and denied charges , and also had to cancel my credit card . Rebecca was not professional and hopefully she does not scam everyone’s credit card that arrives late a night

Internet wifi would not work with my laptop but was OK with my tablet. Television had a lot of interference on several channels due to what looked like insufficient bandwidth; also some channels did not connect. The frame-type LCD lighting around bathroom mirror was annoying, as the brightness couldn't be adjusted down, just all on or all off.

The location was great. Our car broke down while traveling home and the hotel was close to the repair shop. We were also very pleased with the selection for breakfast. Plus the staff was very attentive. They made sure to return an item I had forgotten at the front desk when I checked in.

I only wished they had an ice machine on each floor. I had to walk from the 4th floor to the 1st to get ice.

Great location and amenities. Staff is very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and lemon water. My request for no down/feather pillow or comforter as I have serious allergies was immediately met.

It was the best breakfast i had at Holiday Inn hotels! The bed was so good and the conditioner wasn’t blowing on it as in previous hotel

Kevin, the host manager wasn’t good, it took a while till he found our reservation, didn’t greet and was acting like he is giving a big favour to let us stay and pay for our room. The assistant manager on the opposite was very helpful.
