Even though it has been built for a year and half, it looks BRAND NEW, as if opened the day before. It was that clean, the staff has taken exceptional care of their facilities. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. The accomodations of the kitchen, fully stocked with dishes was something I've never seen before in a hotel. I loved the fact I could pull the curtain to divide the living room and its lights while I was in bed. And the blinds actually blocked out All the morning light so i could sleep in peacefully the next morning. I truly enjoyed our room.

I'm not a lover of animals being inside, especially where I plan on sleeping. I always look for bedbugs and the possibilities of roaches, but to be able to spot flees before checking in is a lot more difficult until you start feeling them bitting you. (Luckily I did not feel or see any type of bug) There was 2 rooms on our floor alone that dogs were constantly barking, luckily we had a fan to drown out their noise plus i wear earplugs. I do realize you have a facility that accommodates animals so I will keep this in mind. This is in no way a negative against the facility, but the guest them self.

Location was great. I usually stay at the Hilton right next door. Breakfast was okay. Nothing to write home about, but Sunday's breakfast was really good with variety. Requested extra towels and wash clothes which came very promptly to the room. Bed was extremely confortable.

There was a dirty glass sitting behind the curtain at the couch, so I guess the vacuum never made it there to find it. There was a very young soccer team on our floor that proceeded to run up and down the hall and very loud (adults also loud), so at 10 p.m. I finally had to call front desk. Someone did take care of it as it immediately quieted down. This was an issue with the Hilton next door in previous years staying there. Perhaps these children should be put in a different section as not to interrupt older adults trying to rest.

The property was very nice. In a great location.

This was about booking.com error. You messed up my reservation, which you acknowledged, we asked you to cancel the reservation but you wanted to charge us or make the hotel absorb the fee. You wanted us to move to a new hotel the next morning but we paid to extend the stay at this hotel. Your customer service was horrible!! HORRIBLE!

Location was in a great spot close to the mall and places to eat. It wasn’t too far from work.

There was a lot of hair in my room as if the wasn’t really cleaned before I got there. There was hair on the sheets, the same hair color was on the lamp and also on the answer wall. The door also seemed to be missing the lock on the inside. The door would lock when you close but that extra lock that you turn was broken off.

I really enjoyed my stay this hotel has everything you need, minus a view.

The eggs in the morning was a rubbery omelet with Velveeta cheese in the middle and its probably not something I'd ever want to eat again, but other than that they had milk cartons and French toast sticks (never seen that and they were pretty good) and lots of other options

Great breakfast, great location, beautiful grounds, beautiful shopping outdoor center and restaurants close by. Home 2 Suites is our favorite place to stay when on the road! Paper towels ,dishes, salt and pepper in the room. Bbq pits on patio if you want to cook a steak. They do it right!

The rooms were large and very clean. There is a kitchen area with a microwave, dishwasher, sink, stoneware, silverware, most anything you would need to cook a meal. We were only there for one night and didn't need a kitchen but I would book there again just to have it. They offer hot and cold food for breakfast.

Wasn't crazy about the hot breakfast food.

Great room! Spacious, clean, with full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher! Friendly and helpful staff, great location close to mall. Newly built and modern!

Nothing - everything was great, and surpassed expectations!

Walked to dinner at a great local Pho place. Room was big, clean, comfy.

$228 is about $70 more than I paid for a trendy boutique hotel in midtown Manhattan last month!

very few towels in the room breakfast was lacking though what was available tasted good. privacy curtain gave zero privacy
