Location and price are pretty decent if you want to be on the oceanfront.

Breakfast area is a little too small for the amount of people staying there. Hard to find seating and long wait to make a waffle.

Very close to the beach, amazing view from the balcony, great pool area, great choice at breakfast, nice and helpful stuff, very good air conditioner and not super loud, bed is comfortable.

There are a number of things and some of them I mentioned to the front desk. Bathtub had a hole so water got in between layers so when you step inside it feels soft and bubbly. The faucet was dripping, no big deal though didn’t bother me. The pillows felt like stone but still usable. My entire stay someone was arguing day and night starting from 4 am and so on. Never stopping so not sure if that should be addressed to the management but it was impossible to sleep. Also some people closing the doors so loud that the entire floor moves. Had issues with the door keys pretty much every day, the stuff was super helpful though.

I love that I arrived around 20min ahead of check-in, and they went ahead and checked us in. We are pretty easy in terms of our needs, so we don't need room service while there. It was very nice to have staff ask if we needed anything when they saw us out. There was an incident with another patron who was drunk and throwing items from his balcony into the pool. This became a safety issue as people were trying to swim. Staff promptly answered the phone and resolved the issue. We have stayed at this property multiple.times over the last decade or so, and always have a great time.

The literal only thing I would mention is the pool care. There is not alot of cleaning of the pool between Monday and Thursday. Fortunately we prefer the ocean and beach to pool lounging.

The pool was so beautiful , very clean , my kids enjoyed , very spacious , nice scenery , water wasn't too cold , comfy enough to get right in ! We had a kitchen , dishes , coffee , a safe (yes, a safe) lol , plenty of trash cans with extra trash bags at the bottom , microwave , stove , 2 queen beds , cable tv , etc ..... Breakfast was very good . Many options : water, orange juice, sausage , coffee , waffle maker ( yes, you can make your own waffle ) , small little cheese eggs, omelets , different types of cereals , bagels, fruits like oranges, apples, bananas , yogurts , and the wonderful condiments to go along with it all .... I'll give it a 10 Parking was super easy , they will give you a parking pass ..... 1 parking spot per room, though ..... Shoutout to the front desk for giving me an option on what floor I wanted to stay on . I chose the first floor 😂 Not sure if that's an option for all or if I caught them on a good day Of course, it's located in a great spot , right across the street from the beach . Need a quick store run , no worries, 7 Eleven is around the corner about 3 mins away if you decided to speed walk 😂 Ice-cream stand , right on the corner as well and close late night 🌙 Funnel Cake stand close by as well .... My check-in experience was super easy , booked with booking.com paid in full , no extra fee upon arrival , and free breakfast... No deposits, only a card is kept on file in case of damage, etc .... Plenty of towels were available. We loved that ! The mini gym was really cool. We got our exercise in ! I first read the reviews on it and was a bit skeptical at first , but it turned out to be perfect. My assumption is that everything comes with good and bad days and days in between. We always want 100%, but 95% isn't too bad either .... Days Inn gave me about a 98% , I will book them again .....

The faucets in the room were disgusting and weren't whipped down at all prior to our booking, I'm assuming... But it wasn't too much of a big deal by us only staying for 1 day , we let it be .... The dishes provided weren't clean, very spotty.... Walking into the room, it feels very muggy and wet , smelled bleachy, to describe it exactly..... Had to cut the air conditioner to clear the air whew ... The air conditioner worked perfectly fine, by the way .... Read online reviews and i can confirm several things. The elevators DO have a weird smell. Not foul, just weird. The room was clean but the bathroom could use an update. Old school tub and curtain that definitely has some age on it. The area was not as bad as I was expecting from the previous reviews. It was the off season so not very busy at all. Would definitely stay there again for 100.00 a night, taxes included.

Bathroom was dated. Not dirty or any leaks and such, just an old style tub with a curtain.

Everything about the bed. I am a very restless sleeper and all the extra pillows were an unexpected bonus. I liked my little balcony, altho I did not have a direct ocean view, if I stepped outside or sat in the chair provided I could turn in a comfortable way and see the ocean. I chose to be on the fifth floor so this helped w/the view. I unfortunately did not have time to use it, but thought the pool was beautiful with the waterfall running into it, being comfortably heated (many hotels call their pools "heated", but they are NOT!) Also opened for guests sooner than stated on the web site which was a very smart move on the managers part. The decision to open a pool should be based on weather, not some calendar, fixed date. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided and in room hot drink choices.

My only "complaint" (I prefer to call it a suggestion) is if breakfast time could be extended by 1/2 hour and include more hot protein items such as eggs, scrambled or omlets, ham, sausage etc. Maybe people could make their own breakfast sandwhich. I did love the inclusion of the fresh mandarins and vitamin infused flavored waters. More variety on the little flavored coffee creamers (caramel, ammaretto for example) would be an upgrade too.

The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the beach is excellent.

There was hair in the tub when we arrived. While we were thankful that breakfast was included, we were a little disappointed in the selection

Breakfast was not good. I go to hotels for the pool only. I live on the beach but I need a clean, chlorine, OUTDOOR Pool. I've tried at least a dozen in Vb and surrounding. I've paid more and less. I've already booked Days inn twice this month. I'm hooked and getting ready to book it again. I got everything I wanted at this hotel.

If I had to pick something it would be the breakfast. Also, I paid extra for pool side and didn't get it (not the hotels fault) but it makes me want to start booking on other sights

Location was good, staff was wonderful & very helpful. Rooms were very clean even though it was a much older hotel.

All outlets in our room were loose to plug anything into, like to charge our phones. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling in the shower & then it started coming through the light above the toilet when the people on the 2nd floor above us were showering. Went to the front desk & told them about it the girl working the front desk was very helpful & told me the owner would get back with me, which no one has yet, but there was this heavy set guy sitting behind the desk as well that was a complete jerk & he was probably part of management.

The room was very spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. The elevator was always clean and not a long wait. The pool and view of the beach are awesome. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the private balcony over the pool. The pool and pool area was very clean. Right across the street from the beach. Housekeeping stopped by every day to make sure we had everything we needed. This hotel is dated, but not an issue because it was really clean. It is located by a lot of great restaurants and entertainment.

The shower was only hot water. The shower head needs to be replaced. If I had younger kids, I would probably complain about the condition of the tub, but I didn't have small kids.
