Location is great, across the street from the airport. There is a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, and al the amenities one would need on location. Beautiful park like ground with outdoor pool and walking areas would be very nice in pleasant weather

It is a very large property, and we had to walk quite a ways to our room, as there are more than one building (connected, no need to go outside) but the directions were confusing and I ended up lost. A bit of signage or larger map with directions would be better, as well as an offer for rooms that are closer for those of us who are elderly would be wise.

This hotel is impeccable. Stayed here after a day of flying before going on last leg of trip. Its very clean, the rooms are very spacious. The exterior grounds are nice, my room had a little private patio area (on first flr). Ate dinner late in the onsite restaurant and it was very good. The wait staff was super attentive. We walked to it after grabbing our bags, its so close. They had a free shuttle to the departures the next day which was nice. Everything about this place is impeccable.

My husband and I stayed here our last night before returning home so we were close to the airport. We had a week long trip on motorcycle through BC. So for a week I had been either wearing a helmet or ball hat. I wanted to look a little normal to fly home the next day and needed hairspray but there was none in the vending machine. I asked at the front desk if they were out and one of the girls working the desk told me she had some in the back and she would let me borrow it. They were very polite and the shuttle was on time for the airport and dropped us off right at our airline. We did not eat there or go to the bar but both looked very nice. Room clean and comfortable

The staff was very friendly and inviting as soon as you came through the door. Stephanie was very informative communicating with her prior to my arrival and where to locate the shuttle. The property is an older property and could use updating, especially the colors it is very dark and gloomy once you are inside (brighten it up a little bit). The restaurant was a bit over priced for the quality.

Housekeeping does not put the trash can liners in the trash cans in the rooms.

Very spacious room with comfortable king bed and expected things like a m/w and fridge, and enclosed bathroom. We stayed for only one night before catching a flight out. Desk staffer gave us a parking spot out front (h/c) for free, which was super appreciated. Modern lamps with USB chargers were also great.

The hallways seemed extra dark and were outdated with outdated carpet, lighting and wallpaper.

Great location close to airport. Nice place to stay with a dog. It's a beautiful garden. Staff professional, friendly and smart. If you are traveling with a dog, I am extremely recommend.

Bathroom small.

Location was excellent as I had a layover during my flight schedule. The bed was super comfortable with really nice pillows which is hardly ever the case at hotels. The shuttle service was on time and convenient. Nice to have a good restaurant and bar on premises.

I had a late arrival and my room was a long walk from the lobby. It was a little confusing and a bit eerie as I was by myself... no one to aid with luggage. No purified drinking water in my room so I had to make the long trek back to the lobby to ask for water.

The hotel is a very suitable place to stay

The hotel sent me an e-mail indicating that the room has been booked by Booking.com. However, when My wife, Stella, arrived, they said there was no record of the room having been booked when she gave them the confirmation number. So she had to pay another $228. for the room. We initially paid you $157. for the room. I’ve tried to contact them several times but have not been able to reach them. We will not stay in another Hilton Hotel.

Staff was friendly. My meal at Spencer's was good.

I had requested a room NOT close to the drink / ice machine (it's always noisy) and that request was ignored. I was 2 rooms away from the drink / ice machine. Also, I think that each room should have 2 armchairs not just one like I had. I had a visitor and he had to sit in the desk chair.

They provided very clean rooms. The hotel restaurant served a delicious dinner.

I can hear the sound of airplanes arriving and departing at the airport and cars driving down the street. However I slept well. If you are looking for a quiet environment, this may bother you. The window in the room I stayed in was a little off and could not be sealed. This may have been the reason for the noise. I would recommend you to check it first.
