The gentleman that helped us check in was so professional and friendly! He was patient as I tried to pull up our reservation on my phone. He answered our questions and really made us feel welcome. Marriott is fortunate to have employees like him! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean! I also appreciated how quiet our room was. The hallway carpets were soft to walk on and very clean as well.

The toilet was running the entire time. Rm 422 needs a new flapper. The thermostat was loose on its mount so it was crooked. The rollers on the bathroom door need silicone spray lubricant.

Clean spacious room, cool decor, the usual amenities

This felt like a loud hotel. We got in a little late, spending just one night before catching an early morning flight. We could hear every door close and every conversation that walked by our door. Temperature was hard to regulate, we turned it on and it went to 61, tried adjusting but it would not adjust. It was so late so we just turned it off. Front desk person was ok, friendly but not really friendly. We picked this hotel for the free shuttle which we did take and got us to the airport in time. At 445 in the AM it felt like half the hotel was outside waiting. After everyone loaded and we made 2 stops before ours (southwest) at the terminal it took about 45 mins door to door, so keep that in mind.

Lovely hotel, but very pricey. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. The room was fresh and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. Everything seemed clean and well taken care of.

We were disappointed with our reserved dinner. We'd booked a table up front, but ended up sitting by the kitchen in the back. When we spoke up, we were told sorry, but they were very busy that night. Checking in and out didn't go as smoothly as it could have and the staff both times seemed harried with other customers and were not especially friendly

it was great. I tried the mobile key and that worked well. the room was clean and had a good temperature. the bed was comfy and there were plenty of outlets. I only stayed one night, but it was really nice.

The one thing that didn’t go so well was the shuttle. I arrived downstairs to catch the 5:15am shuttle and there was already a line of about 20 people. By the time shuttles(there were 2)arrived 20ish more people got in line behind me. There are not enough seats on both for all of us. The first one started to load, the 2nd was waiting. But then someone from the back of the line went to the 2nd shuttle while people were still getting into the first. People from the back of the line got on shuttle 2. Front of the line got shuttle 1 and those of us in the middle got neither. I ended up walking to the airport. The 2nd shuttle should not open it’s doors until the 1st is loaded and has left.

Room was very spacious. View of the courtyard was very nice. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. Shuttle service to airport was exceptional and on time. Loved the fact that there was no carpet in room. The room was nice and dark for sleeping.

Not enough outlets to charge medical equipment and scooter. Very few USB ports. Not very good lighting for room. Room was dark. Ice machine was located in weird area on second floor. Food was ridiculously overpriced in lounge and restaurant.

I was very tired when I got to the hotel. I went to the bar to have a bite to eat. The bar staff was very friendly and although very expensive, the food (crab artichoke dip) delicious. Reception staff very welcoming, offered me a bottle of water and helped me book a ride to the cruise port.

Decor all brown - almost depressing.

Good location 5 mins from airport in hotel courtesy bus. Excellent room with comfortable beds and it was quiet! We had a light dinner in the restaurant and were very well looked after by Vince. Breakfast was a buffet with loads of choice and helpful staff. Courtesy bus runs every 15 mins 24/7. No need to book

The bathroom is the real focal piece in the rooms. Big, modern, glass shower. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and spacious. The lobby is gorgeous, as well as the hotel bar/lounge and the hotel is so close to the airport. You can't be the free shuttle! I would definitely stay here again.

I'm not a fan of the barn door style bathroom doors in hotels.

The hotel was clean, the shower was very good, (enough water pressure to wash my thick hair), the bed was comfy, and the food was good.

The shuttle took a while to pick us up at the airport. Or maybe it just felt like a while, we were exhausted.

great restaurant and all staff were accommodating except check in person at reception.

we asked customer service at check if we could upgrade and was told that we had made the reservation as the room we were given. obviously we knew that but want something nicer. We were not given any options , just a couple beds, windows facing outside rather then courtyard. would have appreciated at least hearing options and then deciding.
