Two rooms close to each other. The king size bed room did not have a couch, so we had to have a “cot” brought up to the room. The hotel staff was very accommodating with this and also let us get in to our room early which was very good. The pool and hot tub are nice and clean and were in excellent condition. The location is within walking distance to Starbucks Reserve which is awesome.

The wifi and cell service was not good. Hotels charging an extra $5 a day so that you have better wifi service is just flat out petty and an absolute joke. Sorry, it is 2021 and I just had a hard time with this. Guess what? We all want fast wifi. We are using it to book appts in your spa and dining, so it defeats the purpose to “limit” the wifi speed. The pricing around the hotel (coffee, bagels, dining, etc) is quite high. Downtown Seattle has a very “angry” feel to it. The homeless population seemed very much out of control. Lots of swearing, drug use, fighting and throwing of scooters/bikes/etc was witnessed in multiple locations in and near downtown.

Everything was clean and beautiful. My family and I were a little bit hesitant about downtown Seattle because of all the bad things that had happened just year and we were not sure if we would be safe, BUT we were so wrong and felt COMPLETELY SAFE, we even walked on the streets of downtown Seattle WITHOUT any threat of safety. I and my entire family would recommend your hotel Hyatt at Olive 8 to anyone coming to Seattle.LOVE IT!!!

The restaurant could have been opened for breakfast and lunch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room clean and comfortable. The pool/wellness area were fantastic especially during a cold day it was great to go back there and relax. The highlight of my stay was my experience at the spa. I booked a massage with Andrew and it was one of the best massage experiences, if not the best! I left the spa relaxed and relieved from my muscle pain. Thank you so much Andrew, I would come back to Seattle just to get another signature massage! PS even the coffee by the lobby is good!! I was impressed coz it’s hard to find good coffee where I live.

When we checked into our room, we had been there only about an hour when we began to hear a lot of noise from the room next door to us. This continued for more than an hour. We went down to the front desk and requested to be given another room. They said the hotel was completely booked, but they would try. We were notified about another hour later and we moved to a different floor. We were very pleased with our new room!

No free breakfast but bagel/coffee shop in lobby was excellent. Variety & convenience! Wasn’t able to connect with concierge but fro t desk was FABULOUS with help. Directions,suggestions,follow through. EUGENE WAZ THE BEST!!!!also had 1 encounter tee with ROYCE and was fantastic also. They made sure we were taken care of with every turn when we asked questions or walked they lobby. Have never had better service anywhere! Mostly Eugene was there each time we went down but last day Royce assisted in navigating shuttle.

Nothing. All fabulous!! Well maybe a couple more small trash cans especially in bathroom.

Great hotel, clean & nice room

Food! Only 1 restaurant, primarily seafood. Blazing bagels was good but no later night options at all, not even anywhere close by. They all close early due to staff shortages, even on a Saturday night!

The spa was amazing. And the service was exceptional. The salt water pool and sauna and steam room were wonderful and relaxing.

The attached restaurant was unfortunately not very good. Both dishes I had were bland and horrible. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and attentive, so no fault to them. I also was not a fan of the bagel place, but it seamed popular.

Location near the convention center and other attractions. Well appointed and good sized room.

The downstairs area a bit drab. No bar and coffee shop not always open. The elevator floor indicator is weird btw. you don't see it in the tv screen at first and you're not always sure what floor you've stopped at.

The room was on the 9th floor, on the corner of the building, so we had two full walls of windows. The view of the city, especially at night, was fantastic. The room was very spacious. The hotel is eco friendly, and there were measures in place to support this. The furnishings, towels/linens, and bedding were quite nice.

I wish there were outlets and charging ports on the nightstand between the two beds. It was awkward not having a place to charge electronics right next to me.

Did not like the barn door over the bathroom. Does not allow for much privacy as sound easily escapes. Fortunately we do not have young children which would have presented a tremendous safety hazard Did not like the low flow shower heads, made it very hard for my wife to rinse the shampoo from her hair
