The room had the same level of cleanliness and luxury that I’ve come to expect from a Hyatt, and every employee we talked to was incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the beds, showers, and bathtubs are to die for!

The room was a corner room, and may have had decent square footage, but it was basically an hourglass shape, with the couch/lounging area on one side of the bathroom/small hallway, and the bed on the other; this made socializing with my friend very difficult, as we couldn’t really see/communicate with each other very well. I either had to sit with her on the couch, or she had to come and sit with me on/near the bed.

I cannot say enough good things. We came off of a cruise and wanted to drop our luggage before 10am. Instead of letting us just drop them off in a room they went ahead and put us in rooms. We needed three so this was amazing for us. Let me also mention this was on July 4th so I know they were busy. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed and one of the staff members immediately asked if he could give my son a toy. This made his day! The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for walking downtown, on the river front, and to Pike's Place. I will stay here every time I come.

Staff quickly accommodated us with a microwave on request. Staff were helpful with inquiries. Location was in a great spot, walking distance to most things we wanted to be close to. Rooms are really nice, beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve had.

The room service menu didn’t match what was actually available. May seem petty, but when my wife and I have decided on our dessert and opt not to have it at another restaurant so that we can order it when we get to the hotel….finding out that instead they only have ice cream and only 3 flavors. The room service menu overall was underwhelming.

The downtown Seattle location is close to shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the ferry terminal, Lumen Field, and Pike Market. The room was spacious with large windows and a very comfortable bed. The huge bathroom and soaking tub were lovely as well. The hotel's sauna, steam room, and hot tub were an added bonus! The entire hotel was very clean and well cared for. We stayed at the club level and loved the afternoon snacks and the yummy breakfast offered. We will stay again--highly recommend!

My stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The room was ready on time and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were made everyday by request and trashed was taken out as well. Plus the location was great distance from the convention center and a few restaurants in the area.

I could not find any thing anything that could be improved. Other then the weather was raining, the hotel provided an umbrella.

Everything was very comfortable and nice.

We ordered a few times room service and the employees who deliver the food don’t even give you a heads up that they are going all inside the room. I just took a shower and I was in a robe and the person got into the room and it was very uncomfortable. Also for how expensive it was you expect to everything work perfectly. I took a shower and the drain was completely clogged, the water covered completely my foot, it was very disgusting. I went outside and I wash my feet on the tub. We were only going to be there 2 days so I wanted to avoid the hassle to call and they tell us to change the room when we were already all spread out in the room.

Room was excellent with nice view of the bay, Pikes market, a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was very comfortable; king bed mattress was medium firm and very good quality, slept like a baby. There was no road noise on the 22nd floor and the noise of the Seagulls added a nice seaside touch. Loved the Ruth Chris's restaurant and bar was.

Walking to Pikes market in the day felt safe and we had a great experience. We also took a ferry ride to one of the islands which was awesome for $9 round trip. I would highly recommend not walking around after dark, this is a Seattle problem not a Grand Hyatt problem. Let's just say the vampires come out at night and you want to get back to the hotel.

Everything great! Room was clean and very nice! Concierge excellent! Waiter in the morning was wonderful

The evening hostess in the restaurant were awful! Didn’t know how to deal with customers, rude and not helpful, the concierge helped us get into another restaurant when the girls were rude and unhelpful! They need training or a different position, no customer service skills!

The room was exceptional, the room service first class, the menu met my needs and delivery was prompt. The staff was so friendly - every day as I left and returned from a harried day, they treated me as a welcome guest.All around it was great. Also, It is within walking distance of the train to the airport ($3.00 train instead of $40 taxi) plus it was near the Convention Center, good restaurants, movie houses, and the Paramount Theatre.

Rooms are modern, well appointed, clean and quite large.

Location. I truly sympathize with the wonderful people at this hotel. They are wonderful. Restaurants are amazing. But… after five downtown Seattle turns into a homeless camp whose residents are openly using drugs, hostile and aggressive.
