I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel in Seattle with my family and had an exceptional experience! We stayed here twice, with a week's gap in between, and both stays were fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff—Nick, Jason, and Danielle—deserve special recognition. Their efficiency, knowledge, and friendliness made our stay memorable. They provided invaluable assistance in exploring Seattle, recommending great spots to visit, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's central location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to all major business and tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We had no issues at all with our accommodations. The arrangement for our cruise shuttle and hotel/airport drop-off, which was provided at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, we had a lot of luggage that we didn’t need for the cruise, and the staff kindly stored it for us for the week. This level of service was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Overall, the Paramount Hotel's excellent service, prime location, and comfortable rooms made our stays wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle!

Nothing to dislike

Great location. The room was very spacious, and the bed and pillows comfortable. Shower had good temperature and water pressure. The staff were super helpful and friendly - especially the lady checking us out. Great personality, had lots of banter, gave us tips where to eat and offered to hold our luggage until we were ready to leave.

Charge over $60 valet parking for overnight stay. However the car didn’t move from where we parked it on arrival (right out the front of reception). They did allow us to leave the car there a couple of hours post checkout, but the price is still extensive for no particular service.

We stayed here twice pre and post cruise and received a warm welcome both times. I messaged ahead informing them of our arrival by plane on 1st visit and on check out advised of our early arrival for our return visit and both times the room was ready and waiting. The hotel is bright and wall decorated and the rooms were big, bright and clean. We loved the layout of the room with easy chair and footstool plus a desk chair and the large bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had good amenities, was clean and bright. There is a restaurant which does good breakfast choices and is open for early lunch but then closes for a few hours and re-opens late afternoon as a Korean restaurant with good but limited menu. There is a small bar and they have a happy hour. We loved our stay here for location as it's just 5 minutes from light rail to/from airport and mono rail to Space Needle. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and also walking distance 15 minutes approx to Pike Place market. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The one downside could be there is a lack of USB outlets (only one on the bedside clock). We are international travellers so come prepared. The small restaurant bar had limited choice of drinks especially soft drinks (ie no ginger ale)

We stayed there for one night, on our way home from Vancouver, we were flying from Seattle to Almaty by Qatar airways, and had 7 luggage and 3 small items with us, and we were traveling with our 11 months baby. In a hassle we’ve forgotten our bag with passports and the front desk was amazing, they not only kept it in a safe place until we realized that the bag was left behind, but also sent the bag to the airport once we called them and sent uber taxi to pick it up. When the taxi arrived we’ve seen that they put our bag to their hotel plastic bag and closed it tight and put it in the trunk, did not hand it to the driver, so that our belongings were safe. That was so thoughtful of them. Thanks to their help we were able not to miss our international flight and avoided expense of buying new tickets and waiting for the next flight with our baby. We are really thankful to Paramount hotel and will be staying there whenever we will be visiting Seattle in future. Its located in the center and our favorite restaurant Cheesecake factory is located in a walking distance, in the morning we had good breakfast at their cafe, where the staff also were great and attentive to all our needs.

very comfortable bed and whole room. with modern facilities, fast elevators and friendly staff. location was ideal for conference attendees at Arch conference centre (less then 5 min walk from the hotel), relatively close to the downtown, with several public transport stops nearby.

During our stay there was a training fire alarm which meant for us to stand for at least 20 min outside. i understand that it has to be done sometimes, but the information provided for guests beforehand wasn't clear that we will have to "evacuate" outside during this training.

The bed was very comfy and the pillows were too, plenty of room in the bed not to disturb each other. The hotel's location is excellent for catching the Hop on Hop off bus, there's a Starbuck's nearby, restaurants so it was great!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the aircon/fan in the room was a bit noisy, but thankfully it seemed to go into sleep mode at night time so there was no noise to contend with. Didn't realize the window was open and thought the street noise of the police and service vehicle sirens was loud through the windows, btu once I checked to make sure they were closed that fixed that problem for me, so really no problem there.

Modern and clean, extremely comfortable, and close to so many attractions. E-Bikes/scooters are at your disposal which cuts the cost of ubering everywhere. Bed comfortable, room spacious, bathroom was very nice.

Pillows are entirely too soft. There is no microwave in the room, which is disheartening, considering $400/night. 2 elevators, only one working. The city view of the room was just OK, nothing spectacular. I would only stay here again if the little things are improved. I love small, boutique hotels, but when simple amenities are not available, the value drops.

Loved the location as it was so close to all the areas I needed to get to during my stay, and the friendly staff was so accommodating with our requests. The room itself was spacious, and I couldn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms, which isn't always the case in hotels I've stayed in before.

There was no television or microwave to reheat foods in the room. Luckily, I was so busy with my plans I didn't notice that during my stay, but the microwave especially, would've been greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious for us. The bed was a King, I think, VERY comfortable--I slept like a baby. Pillows were nice and soft but fluffy too. Shower had plenty of hot water. Everything was spotless! This is our second stay here, because we have season tickets to the Paramount theater which is a block away. This place is convenient and it is an easy walk from the light rail stop from the airport. The person who checked us in was impressively nice and very accommodating--love her!
