This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I loved the small boutique feel. The view from my room (and all the rooms) was unbeatable. I love sitting outside with the fire pits getting even closer to the action packed view. The location was absolutely the best, and the staff were great.
Little things: 2 hard soaps would be good, one for sink one for shower. Also, the cleaner took away (replaced) my half used shower gel - for sustainability I would prefer it was left to finish, and a 2nd one left to get to if need be. On rubbish facilities, a bit clearer on compost and recycling? Little things - super experience!

We arrived straight off the cruise ship and several hours before check in time but the friendly team put our luggage in a secure place, took our number and rang us as soon as our room was ready to occupy. Perfect location for exploring Seattle, right next to Pike Place Market and walking distance to many other attractions. The partial sea view room on the corner was perfect for us and room facilities excellent, the hotels rooftop terrace was lovely too with comfortable furniture, fire pits for warmth and views across the bay.
No ‘in house’ bar or restaurant, the ones that they are affiliated to are just yards away (sushi restaurant being closest), the breakfast restaurant is on the corner, you do have to queue with general public to get in and at the weekend it is extremely busy, however you can order breakfast on a room service basis and the food is very good.

We loved the location of the hotel - just steps from Pikes Place Market. We loved the view from the 5th floor rooftop. We ate dinner at a fabulous French Restaurant just steps from the hotel. The rooftop was so pretty with the fire pits and comfortable seating. Gorgeous views!! The spacious room was very nice with a coffee / liquor/ candy bar. We had a partial view of the water. Very nice front desk staff and valet service. Very happy with the hotel - will return.
A little pricey but worth the price to be near Pikes Place Market early morning for coffee and a fabulous pastry at Le Panier.

you can tell this hotel isn't brand new, but do not let that fool you. it is sparkling clean and incredibly comfy (I have allergies and have a hard time relaxing in places that aren't clean) wonderful location. so many tasty restaurants near by, a market to buy essentials, and there's a little fridge in the room where you can store leftovers or cream for coffee. it is tucked away on a cute side street and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. i came for a one night errand and i hope to come back again soon!!
possibly the curtains need updating (they're not dirty, just kind of blah / dated) and the wall in room 603 could maybe use 1 more muted painting. overall though really can't complain!!

Next to the market, and centrally located to where everything in Seattle is within reasonable walking distance.
Beyond a three block radius, visitors will get a taste of the economic downfall as most of downtown outside the three block radius is occupied by tent communities. No fault of the hotel, they were great and it's lovely... Just beware of your location.

I loved everything! outstanding staff and hotel. the room was clean, well appointed and quiet! the bed was beyond comfortable. I am going home and buying one! It was the best surprise of this trip. stay here. you will not be disappointed. this hotel is my new go-to relax, sleep and unwind destination.
I was surprised by the security in the evening however being so close to Pike Market I found it a fabulous plus. As a female solo traveler I loved the sense of security it gave me. much more of a LOVED than a DISLIKE

Excellent and seamless service from all staff we came across at the hotel. The room was a great size. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve experienced for some time. A little more about our stay. Fantastic location. The hotel entrance is a beautifully kept little enclave. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out amenities. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows are to die for - best night sleep on our whole trip! The roof top has amazing views, take your own drink and take a seat for the best show on earth - the sun set! All of this investment in the hotel is taken to another level of experience by the wonderful staff! From the doorman who received us as soon as we turned up, check-in, other reception staff, house keeping staff all the way to check out. I would go back to Seattle just to stay here again, our one night was not enough to satiate a wondering Inn at the the Park
I cannot think of anything at all!

The staff is the best, extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgraded room with a gorgeous view of the waterfront. The roof deck is very spacious and pretty overlooking the water. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The location is awesome, right in Pike's Place Market with lots of food and restaurant options right at the doorstep! Would definitely stay again!
Nothing.

The location is perfect and our room was level with the rooftop deck which was beautiful! Great for people with limited mobility to access the marketplace and local theatres .
Called ahead to ask about early check in and the gentleman that answered the phone was slightly abrupt in providing information. The hotel also did not respond to any of my booking.com messages. in person customer service was much better.
