The location is excellent. Short walking distance from Pike’s Market and the monorail and Sea-Tac light rail stations. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and CVS and Target are (literally) next door. The check-in and check-out were very efficient. Front desk personnel were VERY helpful, and nice, at the same time. The room was great: They are good size, and nicely decorated. The TV was at least 55 inches, and had great colors. I had a king-size bed which was heavenly!!!!

They are short on cleaning staff, so you have ro call front desk before 10:00 am if you want your room cleaned on that day.

We love the location! It was right next to Pike Place Market which is the location we wanted be around during our short trip to Seattle.

The room is not as spacious as we expected. The rooftop view is very small. It is only a small section and did not cover the whole rooftop of the building which the photo didn't show. You have to pay more for a room with a waterfront view. Breakfast is meager. There is only coffee and no tea is provided in the room. No water bottles either. Water is only provided at the hotel lobby and is not even filtered. We were expecting that water should at least be filtered similar to other boutique hotels we've stayed in at the same rate.

the hotel was in a perfect location, most tourist attractions were in walking distance. the staff were really friendly and helpful. we had a room to the back, no view, but it was lovely and quiet and really comfortable. we did not pay for breakfast but each morning there was a selection of pastries/cereal/coffee complimentary so that was a bonus.

if there is one thing guests should know at the beginning of their stay is that housekeeping is only on request. also clean towels are only on request. if we had know this it would have made the stay so much better but it’s not a complaint, just a heads up to others.

The location is fantastic for visiting Pikes Place market. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooftop terrace was nice for sitting out and having a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the bay.

Nothing the hotel can control, but the area around the market and the hotel is quite rough at night. The CVS across the street had one of their plate glass windows busted while we were there. Wish the bar stayed open later.

super friendly and helpful staff. clean room. comfortable bed. quiet. decent breakfast and snacks.

Parking is a little tricky but definitely doable. There is a public parking garage in the next block down the street and the hotel sends a link to set it up. Our room had a view of a brick wall but asked for a quiet room and that's what we got. No fridge in the room but ice available at the front desk. No closet or good place to hang things so we just had huge piles.

Alex at the front desk was great. Very helpful. The decor is really nice. The food and service at the restaurant for lunch on Friday was GREAT. The lobby is spacious and accomodating..great for gathering our group. The best part was the location!

We never had water in our room and had a hard time getting the towels we needed. Some in our party thought the beds to be uncomfortable. The hours at the restaurant are unacceptable... We should be able to get a drink after 8:30 and breakfast before 11. That was probably the most annoying thing in the absence of room service. And I feel the need for reservations at the restaurant should be explained when we check in (again, because you don't offer room service). We had a difficult time with dining overall.

Great Location and Comfortable room!

Only thing was Hattie or Hatey (waitress of restaurant). She was Rude and told us to leave before even knowing we already talked to someone at the entrance of the Restaurant. Her attitude, body language, and rudeness made us so uncomfortable. We could have stayed and had more drinks and other menu items longer but she made it UNCOMFORTABLE.

I loved how the property was conveniently located close to the Pike Market this is a big plus for me as I was able to easily walk to nearby hot spots. Hotel was really nice & clean, & the continental breakfast was a nice touch.

I arrived early & room was not ready which is fine, but I was not contacted by the hotel once it was ready which took valuable time out of the day.

Hotel is beautifully appointed. The rooms small but comfortable. Had gorgeous view of harbor. Custom wallpaper a knockout

Admin management beyond horrible. Couldn’t print receipt or itemized bill (> $500). Couldn’t successfully email until I called to complain after leaving and then admin sent from her personal account. It felt like a shoddy chain motel. As beautiful and well located I wouldn’t go back.
